Stretching The Ligaments!

The Rubber'band Effect!
See basicaly your ligs are like a "Rubber-Band" after stretching a rubber-band so often what happens, well the band itself that's made of rubber becomes permanently stretched but ofcourse with a rubber-band it has no living cells in it's structure and becomes very weak till the rubber just simply breaks apart. Now you've ripped the structure of the rubber and it can not repair itself.. But the ligaments in your penis/body do have living cells' and these cells can/will repair them selves, to a permanently state!

The Differ' Between Erectile Tissue & Ligament Tissue!
Erectile tissue is basicaly made up of spongy cells that fill up with blood then these cells expand your penis to it's full capibilty, there are like 3 differ' chambers in your penis ofcourse the 2 big ones which we call "Corpora Covernosa" and the smaller one is "Corpus Spongisum" where your urine/pee and cum/sprem flows out of.


Ligament tissue is basicaly a band of very tough fiber made up of cells that can stretch then go back (Meaning resume to their original state/shape) sort of like a rubber band!

Stretching The Ligaments!
Apart from doing exercises when exercising the erectile tissue an important part of penis enlargement is to use these exercises that will gradually stretch and lengthen the suspensory ligament in your penis. This wonderful ligament runs through your entire shaft of your penis and it connect's the penis to the pubic bone which also secures the part of your penis in your body. The penis length in the suspensory ligament has a direct bearing on the erect length of your cock as the erectile tissue can only exspand length-way as far as this ligament will stretch. In other words, in order to "Prevent" this erectile tissue from being restricted as it develops and grows it is most important to permanently lengthen the ligament so that the erectile tissue will be able to expand length-way to it's fullest capacity. Remember with out doing this the erectile tissue will be forced too expand in width, (Only) which means this will result mainly in and increase in girth size. Stretching your suspensory ligament will also encourage the part of the penis that is hidden in your body to gradually come forward exposing more of penis outside your body. Which means this is how N-P-E for length is done!.

Here Are Some Very Good Stretching Exercises!
Stretching exercises are simple to do it will involve you griping around your head of your penis while flaccid while applying a pulling motion/technique. The main idea is to stretch your penis to the maximum comfort limit, which means to the point where you feel a strong stretch at the base of penis/shaft and in the suspensory ligament. You do not Ever want to stretch to the point where you feel pain. Here is and example of a basic penis stretch exercise which is to pull directly out forward to the point where you feel a good stretch at the base and down the center of the your penis then continue your stretch for about 20-30 seconds then relax, then you should do this process 3 to 4 times to complete a set of each stretched position.. This will become a permanent state as you train your ligaments!

Why are these changes permanent. Think of it this way when body building your muscles are being trained to take shape you are building your muscles you gain because it comes from tearing your muscle tissues/cells apart. The result of working out is soreness, when you take a break/rest, your body is repairing itself' and the muscle fiber/tissue is making you bigger. (Remember there are no muscles in your penis) The same thing apply's to (N.P.E) natural penis enlargement. You then are training your penis to a permanent size, because there are no muscles tissue involved in this process the results are permanent!

Most Important!
You Do Not Want To Over Train! Trust Me! Look It's very tempting to want to increase the length of your workouts or start exercising more you start to grow an inch in a month or two by working out for 20 minutes, how-ever you exercise it's easy to think that you'll gain even quicker if you workout for 40 minutes or twice as long as your last routine was for the next month, but in real life by increasing the amount of your exercise it's more likely to over train which will slow down or even stop further gains. Trust us, this we know.."Why" glad you asked, because your penis will only respond to so much exercise in one routine! This is the point where you have stimulated your maximum growth. Every minute you exercise beyond this point the effectivness/results of the workout could be greatly reduced. Human tissue can only put up with so much shit!! (stimulation) Remember your penis needs time to recover/heal as one might say between exercises/routine!. Your growth happens while you are resting/healing not when your exercising. Human tissue takes at least 48 sometime even 72 hours to fully recover from your exercises depending on how hard you've worked your penis, so in order to make sure your penis grows quick as possible give yourself time to recover from each exericse/routine!

Ok' Now With Measuring!

Please do not measure your penis every day. Trust me this I know gains are very hard to get a good measurment, this can affect your motovation, measure your penis no more than once a month. Not only will this give you a very good (More stable) measurment, and you will be seeing an increase when you hold your ruler/measurment tape up against your penis.. If you follow these simple steps that I gave you (Well actually told you) you will grow with (N.P.E) natural penis enlargement..:)
And Please --> Do Not Forget To Warm Up!

For Best Results warm to hot bath or wrap will do the trick. :)

Why Stretching Works!
1. When doing stretches you are stretching all of the tissues in the penis, this causes the penis tissues to grow.
2. One of the main reasons is that the tissues are being stretched (the suspensory ligament) (the fundiform ligament) and the tunica.
3. Stretching the ligaments will cause segments (which each part is/can be divided) the penis that is tucked/hiding inside your body and wants to be pulled out. The inner tucking is known as the inner penis..
4. When you are stretching your penis straight down your stretching the suspensory ligament, stretching straight up the tunica. (Which is also very important)

Suspensory ligaments, they are a group of ligaments that do attach your penis to the pubic bone, it's these ligaments that are used in the hospital for enlargement surgery (Meaning going under the knife) so "We" do "Not" recomend surgery. Trust us, there are nightmares on the net where people had this type of surgery done and it's not pretty..

Ok' Now On To The Tunica!
The tunica is a very strong/tough fiber that surrounds your penis chambers in your penis. It's very important to stretch the tunica so it will allow the penis chambers more room for blood. "Why" glad you asked, stretching adds length to your penis by using traction to help the body to change and grow while cells in the penis chambers (Tunica and suspensory ligament's) will begin to divide and multiply. Sounds Great Doesn't it, I know I got all excited aswell just thinking about it getting longer. Makes me happy :) When your penis adapts to the tractions by growing until there are no more forces being exerted then more forces are then needed to increase traction again and allowing your penis to increase in size more.
Now this process should continue until you've reached your goal/length. Which may be 7" 8" 9" or even 10" (more) Who knows! There are user's here on CC that have around 11 to 12 inches "WOW" that's just amazing.

Ok' Here Are Some Manual Penis Stretching Exercises For ya!
Here is a somewhat good penis exercise which will include some differ' exercises that will help you on stretching the suspensory ligament, and the secondary ligaments in the penis aswell. If you do them correct then stretching exercises will truly lengthen your penis. Trust me! when you combine these exercises you will be expanding the main tissue of the penis (which is the erectile tissue) every cell and fiber in your penis will have and effect on your penis size/length permanently .

These exercises will help you to lengthen your penis and stretch the ligs attaching your penis to the pubic bone. You should be flaccid while doing theses stretches! :D

Penis Pull's/Stretches!!
1. Grab your penis just below the head.
2. Pull straight downward for a count of no more then 20 to 30 seconds!
3. After about 20 to 30 seconds grab your penis at the base and shake quickly 20 or 30 times to relax it. (This is good trust me)
4.Then repeat this process pulling to the right and the left and then straight out. aswell as srtaight up! (We call this the 5 way stretch) :) (do these while flaccid)
5. Repeat the process about 2 to 3 times it will depend on you and only you!
When your first starting out "Remember" that the amount of pulling/stretching pressure you apply should be light. Trust me this I already know from past pressuring/pulling :( and then as you move along you can increase your pressure by alittle as you get more advance in your routines so that after a few weeks/months you are getting a good stretch (but not to the point of pain) Pain is not a factor here at CC, we like to call that a No'No.

Ok' Now For The "Soft Pushdown Exercise"
Make sure you do a warm'up while doing any of these exercises! Trust me this I know aswell.
Here is one that I do like and it's called the "Pushdown" to do this one it's Best to be Flacid/Soft while you have your penis pulled straight out' use your thumb on your free hand to press down and out on the ligaments at the base of your penis on the top part and be very careful not to apply too much pressure and injure yourself. Trust me again for I have been doing this pushdown exercise for alittle while now and yes I fucked up and pushed alittle to hard the frist few time's and Dam' did i hurt there for a few days it's how can Clockers say this is a tender part while soft.. Also use this exercise when you take a shower or a bath. (baths are the best for me) warm to hot gives you a very good warm'up an warm'down.

Hard' Pushdown Exercise!
Ok' this one is good aswell but please be very careful while doing this exercise you can easly hurt your self bad. You will be doing this one while you are Hard/Erected.. First you will need to play with your self, lol just kidding.. heheh! anyways. you will need to get a full erection basicly as one would say "Hard" while you are fully erected hold your penis around the shaft and push it down as far as possible without hurting yourself. Remember "NO Pain" you will be pushing down at the base from the top where the shaft/penis meets the pubic bone, not pulling from the penis glands/head.

I normally hold this exercise for around lets say 20 seconds should be fine.
After doing these exercises' it's best to while still erect you should push down quickly for about maybe 10 times is all, this helps with the process. Then give your'self a shake down by shaking your penis to the left & right, this will help in the relaxing process aswell.
Oh' and remember!

The V-Stretch Is very Important.
(While doing stretches) I really like this stretch and for that I thank "Artee" cause I had no ideal what a V- Stretch was then I saw his video And tried this stretch and "WOW" I was amazed!

The V-Stretch is a stretching designed to put a greater forces on the tunica and ligaments that is possible by simply pulling on the penis from its point of attached out along basicaly the length of your penis! So when doing these stretches any force that is extended from the penis attaches to your body, outward/inward that runs through the length of your penis. The V-Stretch by putting pressure on the top of your shaft/penis and forcing the penis into a V-shape, both increasing stress marks/points of the tunica and placing the stress cell break'down mostly on the suspensory ligaments. Which is what we/you want to do. The V-stretch also uses pressure on the bottom of the shaft/penis placing stress on the tunica' Please make sure you are soft/flacid while doing this exercise..



Light pulls, 50 to 60 seconds

Med pulls, 35 to 45 seconds

Hard pulls, 25 to 30 seconds (Not to the point of pain)
