Hey guys,

Ive been pe'ing on and off *mainly off* for a year or so now. i usually start up, for a good week or so, the get lazy and stop. well, not this year!! this is a step ive been really wanting to take, and ive made it part of my new years resolution to do so. so, starting from monday night onward i will be pe'ing on a regular basis with a set routine that is of proper difficulty. my plan is to pe monday, wednesday and saturday so that my dick can have a day to recover after each session. if after the first 2 months i find this is uneeded i will adapt a new routine. i want the first 2 months to be very slow and easy, to ease my body into this new 'exercise' so that i can get used to it without fear of injury. when a level of comfort and knowledge is reached in what i am doing of course i will increase the difficulty to an appropriate level.

Routine:
- 5 min hot wrap
- 30 seconds stretching up, down, left, right and straight out
- 5 min wet jelqing (roughly 100 3 sec wet jelqs)
- 5 min hot wrap

(i will not measure using a bone pressed technique unless specified, i figure my measurement should reflect what a third party would see, right?)

Stats as of Jan 1 2010:

Flaccid Length: 4.75 inches. 12 cm
Flaccid Girth: 4.875 inches. 12.4 cm
(this are just as important :P)

Erect Length: 5.5 inches. 14 cm
Erect Girth Base: 5.5 inches. 14 cm
Erect Girth Below Head: 5 inches. 12.7 cm

The reason people measure bone pressed length is because non bone pressed varies more for guys with a fat pad, where as bone pressed does not. But anyway, Good luck and welcome to CC!

hey lads

just finish a pe session, and i think it when pretty ok. i havent been in the swing of things long enough to say if it was good or bad really. i didnt leave you all with any goals of mine, or any of the dates when im gonna measure myself. so here they are:

i will measure on the 1 of every month from now until july. measuring flaccid and erect length (bp and nbp) flaccid girth at the base. and erect girth at the base and under the head.

i will change my routine on the 1 of everyone other month (march and may) and adjust the difficultly and all of that.

so goals:

short term
Erect Length: 6.5 in
Erect Girth: 5.8 in

and long term (a little more pipe dreamy at this point)
Erect Length: 8 in (yea im one of those kinda guys hah)
Erect Girth: 6 in (only .5 bigger than now, so that could be bigger i suppose)

Nothing wrong with going for the 8x6 if that's what keeps you motivated.

Got a PE session tonight, hope everything goes well. i dont think i will post on here after this, unless something of note happens or something along those lines. still feel free to comment and such and i will surely reply.
