Hey guys,

Been lurkin' the forum for the past week pretty much reading everything. It looks like my penis and I have found a new hobby for each other!

My routine is Thought Pros beginner routine just to get into the swing of things and prevent injury. It's very tempting to just go wild with your dong but I'm trying to take the less is more approach.

I'm pretty big into weightlifting and I see a connection between the two so I hope to take what I've learned there and apply here. Mainly, the discipline and dedication needed to see gains.

Ok, on to stats n goals.

I'm 25, 6'3-4 238lbs.

When I first started last Wed. 12/23 I took measurements. I was 6.5" EL/5.25 EG that was before I knew of bone pressed but I'm sure I stuck it in just to squeeze a little extra out of it. Also, I used a string on the girth which I later read gave an inaccurate reading. So...last night I decided to re-measure with my new found knowledge. I did BP and used a piece of paper to measure girth. My starting stats are: 7" BPEL, 5" EG. I'm pretty sure I had some gain in these first few days just shocking my penis with new stretches and wet jelqs but I'm not 100% positive.

My goals are simple I would like to reach an 8"x6". It's hard to put a time frame on it because of everyone's different growth rates, but I would like to reach the length in 3 months and the girth in 6 months. I'm in it for the long haul so these are just estimates who knows if I'll be one of the lucky ones or not.

Notes: On Sunday I measured just to try and get an average because of the different sizes. Length was the same but girth w/ paper was 5.25 so I'm going to assume I'm somewhere inbetween 5-5.25 on girth. I'll measure again in 3 weeks to see if I have any beginner gains for the first month.

Welcome to CC jack! The 8x6 is definitely in sight for you starting at 7x5. Really hard to judge how long it'll take, but prepare to be PE'ing for upwards of 1-2 years to reach that goal.

Thanks. Yea, the more I read the more I think that might be the reality of it! Especially the girth. Oh well...as long as it's working I won't complain.

I did some edging for 20 min just because I think makes sense to stay erect for a period of time after a workout.

Notes: I've noticed my flacid length has been longer. I haven't measured this, but I was in the gym yesterday doing the concept 2 rower and had to re-adjust a few times because the thing in between my legs kept getting in the way. I guess it's a good problem to have. Also, it might just be because I'm paying more attention to my dick but it seems to be veinier(is that a word?)

Notes: I've noticed that if I PE when I first wake up my penis isn't flacid enough to do the stretches correctly.

Breaking my jelqs into 50rep sets at different % erections. I usually start off at 50% and work my way up to 80%. Also, as I get towards my last set and last reps I slow my jelqs down to about 3-5 second reps.

When I edge I'm doing a lot of up-strokes from what I read in the old forum about the 2 uncles with the 12+ dongs. Well see if it provides anything over time or it might just be over working me after a workout.

After the first month I'll adjust to try and find my optimal growth for my body.

Today's an off day but I decided to do some light stretching. I've also learned the difference between a good warm up and the warm up I've been doing. :D I had some extra time this morning so I decided to take a bath and relax. Afterward, I did my stretches and my penis was much more elastic(?). I don't think I'm getting a proper warm-up from the shower so I'm going to switch to a hot towel before and see how that works.

A good warmup is really important. I would suggest using a rice sock, which is what I use myself. 10 minutes and your willy should be good to go.

Good suggestion. I just made one tonight. Heated it up too much the first go but I can tell its going to come in handy. Wont have to spend that extra 10 min in the shower. Thanks!

A solid week down, but had to break my every other day schedule because of a trip up north. So it was tues., thurs, sun. workouts. Everything's feelin' fine so I'm going to bump it up to 250 this week.

Workouts were pretty simple with 225 wet jelqs, rice sock warm up, and stretches. 20 min up stroke edging sessions afterward. I've also kept up with my kegels.

Looking forward to measurements but I'm also not. I feel like things have grown but never know until the ruler says so.

Update: Still going strong every other day. I haven't missed a workout yet. I'm up to 250 wet jelqs with some very light 10 second holds. I could do better on the kegels though, I sometimes forget. Also, I've increased my warmup to 10 min with the rice sock.

I've measured a few times the past few days to get an average idea of what the size is. The lowest reading I got was 7 1/4 and the highest was 7 1/2 so there's been a definite improvement in length. I don't think there's been much of a difference in girth maybe at the base but I'm not too worried as the girth exercises will come in the 2-3 month range.

I haven't been keeping to the after 5 hour rule. I wont do anything 5 hours before because I did once and noticed a lower quality of workout, but afterward it's free game. I actually feel that I turtled more when I would just edge after. :shrugs:

I've got some questions about the stretches:

I grab the whole head when doing my stretches. I just feel I get a better grip without squeezing too hard. Does anyone else do it this way?

Also, I've been doing 10 second stretches: down, middle, up and side to side. Then increasing to 20second and 30 seconds every which way. So I get about a minute total each way. Think that's enough??

One month down - Official measurements
Dec 26th to Jan 25th
BPEL: 7" -- 7 1/3"
EG: 5" -- 5 1/4"

I feel comfortable with these measurements. I could have stretched it and said 7 1/2" but I don't feel it's a solid measurement yet. Girth is pretty even throughout. Looking forward to the next few months.

I'm going to start warming up and stretching everyday. Only light stretches on off days. I feel it'll help the most with length so well see.

1/4th of an inch gain of girth in 1 month is something many guys here would bend-over for... hahaha

Thanks. I think a lot of it is beginner gains. If so, I'd like to stay a beginner for forever.

Hi guys,

Still going strong. I didn't update my second month but I'll measure and post soon. I'm still only doing wet jelqs and stretching. I'm up to 300 wet jelqs per sesh every other day. I've just begun to do some hold, nothin crazy and only for a few seconds up to 10 seconds each time.

I also want to get into using the gallon of water to do some hanging. Anyone doing these and have any tips? I'm just about three months in so not sure if it's too soon for this or not.
