Today is my second day of P.E on the newbie routine . I have decided to start with Pros Newbie Routine . It consists of :
. 5 minutes hot wrap warmup
2. 5 minutes of stretching consisting of 30-second stretches in each direction. Stretch Left, Right, Down, Up, and Straight out.
3. 150 Wet Jelqs lasting about 2-3 seconds each.
4. 5 mins hot wrap warmdown
5. Pat yourself on the back, workout complete :)
Also Iam encorporating Fowfer stretches with my routine and on my days off followed by heli shakes. I will let you know if this works for me in the next few weeks.
Also a quick question is it worth stretching everyday and is it worth encorporation any other exercises ?

I tend to agree with prjav's advice which is to stretch every day. It's not making me any more sore and can only help.
Stick to those exercises for at least a couple of months before looking at other exercises.

Been doing it only a few days now but my penis looks thicker :) and hangs a bit lower . Hopefully thats good news !!

good luck dude.
penis extenders do work. i built my own and i have gained 1/2 inch in length from it before i started to pe. i stopped using it and im pretty sure i lost the half an inch. i am going to buy a good one soon though.

Wow thats good my penis extender broke today my dog chewed it up might have to buy another one anyway im glad with the progress of the jelqing my penis is looking fuller and lower bring on day 4/5 !!!

Great stuff I sure hope so the day after jelqing most of the size i have gained tends to subside tho but i can tell that its working . Cross your fingers for me chaps !
End of day 5 now penis looking much fuller but it is acheing a little bit is that normal ?

four days to go until my first month of P.E is over i will measure on the 21/1/10 to see if i have any gains . Im quite excited because i can see flacid gains by just looking at it wish me luck guys. I would like to be 7 inches by the end of this year june would be ideal though :)

I'm excited too, just started a few days back and my flaccid size is definitely longer and heavier.... scared to build my hopes up but I'm hoping I'm a natural gainer!!

a month in and ive measured myself bone pressed and im now 6.5 inches long ive gone from 6.3-6.5 in a month :)

due to a boozy fri sat and sun ive had 3 days off PE so im just trying to get the motivation to get back into the swing of things wish me look guys.

going well this month seems like i have some more flacid gains already now doing 100 dry jelqs and 200 wet jelqs while kegeling. Also im doing alot of fowfering and bed fowfering when i can . This has replaced my v stretches because i find it difficult to get a grip. Also im doing the pulling the penis through the back of the legs and hold stretch dunno what that is called though.

measured my girth today because it looks like ive been gaining girth more than anything . When i measured i was very suprised im 5.9 in girth now !

Assuming you didn't measure on a day that you did a girth routine, congratulations, those are huge gains from only a few months!

yes i did the girth measurements on 1 of my days off. The more gains i can make girth and length the better. I started PEing 4 years ago when i stubled onto a forum i fowfered everyday snd my penis was getting huge flacid but i started having problems with errection qualiy so i stopped.

BTW, do you kegal DURING your jelq session???

When i jelq i kegel when i stretch i kegel . On my off days i do bed fowfers for 30mins and fowfers for 30 mins

Was working out every other day but im taking the less is more approach and doing it 3 times a week but at an intense level.
