View Full Version : Need a new routine

I have been Pe'ing since June 2008 and haven't seemed to gain much. My original stats were BPEL- 7 1/8, EG Mid- 4 7/8, and EG Base- 5 1/4. Now my stats are BPEL- 7 3/8, EG Mid- 4 7/8(still), EG Base- 5 2/8. I think I want to focus on length, becuase I have read that girth gains my hinder length gains.

The routine I have been doing since July is:
10 minute warm up
1 15-second helishake
10 30-second stretches (down, up, out, left, right)
1 15-second helishake
25 dry jelqs
5 10-second holds
100 wet jelqs
10 minute warm down

I would do this routine every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I want to gain length, but I'm not sure what to do. Do I do a lot more stretches and/or increase workout days? Should I stretch on off days? Also I'm not sure if I'm doing stretches correctly. I lose grip sometimes and the head gets red like I'm trapping blood.

I'm just trying to find out what would cause more length gains. More workouts, more stretches, more jelqs?

For me a combination of wet jelqs and stretching have resulted in mostly length gains. I would also do V-stretches if I were you, they work very well. I've always done another stretch that I like a lot, not sure on the name of it. I stand with my feet apart, then tuck my penis back so it is pointing behind me, reach around with the other hand and pull straight back behind me. It gives a great stretch and it always seems like the grip is easy to maintain.

I think there's a positive correlation with how ridiculous a stretch looks when you're doing it and how helpful it is. :cheeky:

Should I keep workouts on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and just stretch as part of a workut or should I incrase workout days or should I stretch on off days too?

What would be an example of a good routine to follow?

I would suggest increasing your reps: 10 more seconds on streaches per week up to 60 seconds, 25 more drys per week up to 150 and 50 more wets per week up to 300. Also, 5 seconds helis between every streach and kegels during jelqs. If you can, try to switch to a 5 on 2 off weeks and leave your cock on the off days.

My advice would be a little different from Kef's based on my personal experience.

For length gains, I recommend stretching every day. Do directional stretches (up,down,left,right,out for 30 seconds each), waterwells, and V stretches. After each stretch do a heli shake to get the blood circulating again.

I don't recommend doing holds any longer than 30 seconds, and for most guys not any longer than 20 seconds. I do my holds at 10-15 seconds each and it seems to be working well for me. When I was doing 60 second holds my dick would get really sore and I'd end up having to take time off to recover.

Do your workout 3 days a week... MWF or whatever works best for you. I've been doing MWSat, it really doesn't matter as long as you're getting at least one rest day in between workouts. Stretches are different though, do those every day.

Your workout is fine, so stick to that. Make sure you concentrate on doing each of your jelqs correctly. Kegeling during jelqs is good, like kef said, but listen to your body on how many jelqs to do. 300 is way more than my dick can handle even after 5 straight months of PE'ing; I'm still doing around 150-180 per workout. You shouldn't feel painfully sore after a workout, which is what jelqing too much can cause.

More advice based on your original post:

Girth gains hindering length gains? Nonsense. The overwhelming majority of the success stories I've read about here are guys gaining length and girth, or length alone... can't think of anyone who just gained girth, maybe 1BigDong.

When stretching, stretch just enough to feel the stretch in your ligaments, but not any more. Stretching too hard could make you grip your head too hard and cause the redness.

Unfortunately the jelqing photos/videos on this site aren't working, so go search the internet for videos on jelqing/stretching properly so you can make sure you're doing the workouts correctly. If you've been PE'ing for a year and a half and haven't seen good gains then there's probably something wrong with your technique, because your routine looks fine.
