I've been hanging around this site for a while now and thought it was about time I made a post. :cool
This is such a great site with so much information I'm really glad I found it!
If you could give me your opinion on my (very simple) workout, I'd be chuffed.

Stats
Starting FL - 4"
Starting FG - 4"
Starting EL - 6.4"
Starting EG - 6"
Aim EL - 8"
Aim EG - 6.5"
Workout
5 min warmup in shower
3 min stretching all directions
1 min helishakes
50 dry jelqs
100 wet jelqs
3 min stretching
Warmdown
I have just started this routine, 3 days a week. I also do kegel exercises every morning and night.
I have just one question. Is it common to see decent gains in flacid length in a relatively short space of time before seeing any erect gains?
