*sigh*
Been PE'ing on and off since about '07. I always go hard for about a week, then I get lazy or distracted and say fukk it i like my size. Not anymore.
Just turned 25 and this is going to be my ultimate goal for the year. No excuses.
I am once again following synthetics routine minus the paysite exercises. I believe I'm 5.5 inches erect. My goal is 7 inches. I'm happy with my girth.
I want to make all these bitches cum and i want my cockprint to be showing when i hit the clubs.

Alright man cool. Just keep posting and keep up with your diary and stuff, whenever I am doing PE consistently that is the one constant. Motivation from outside sources seems to come and go, but you can always find a motivating post or picture or story on here.

I'm not gonna lie, I've been slacking lately, mainly with jelqing. So fukking boring. But while I have been skipping those, I have extended my stretching session to 40 minutes.
I'm mainly concerned with length anyway, so I think I'm just going to stick with 40-44 minutes of stretching for my routine.

I think that wet jelqing is important to gain erect length : for example that month I stretched my penis almost everyday but failed or skipped more than half of my total jelqing sessions and I didn't gain erect length.
Anyway stretching is good for flaccid length so keep stretching !

I started out doing 3 sets of stretches (up down left right). Then I would do 200 wet jelqs, then another set of stretches.
But more recently, i haven't been up on jelqing instead I've been doing 40-44 minutes of stretches (up down left right). Today however, I did 45 minutes of stretching (front, up, down, left right) and 200 wet jelqs.

Well it's that time of the year again. New Year's resolution time. lol.
After I failed being consistent last year, I just finished a week of consistent pe'ing.
5 days of 100, slow, wet jelqs
Next week I will up it to 150, slow, wet jelqs.
I'm 26 now and I actually think this year I'm going to make some gains.

slow 10-15 minute jelqs
Keeping it very simple. I do this right before bed, much easier that way. Gonna see where this takes me, hopefully make some good gains by Dec.
