Hey guys,
I am a newbie here on the site but just to let you know i have been in the PE community for several years off and on. PE certainly works but a steady plan and consistency is the key. I have gained and i feel i have lost some of my gains also through falling away from my training.
Basically i'm back now and as of today 4/7/05 i currently stand at 5'7" length and 5' girth.
I have set upa new program which consisted of warm up( Most important part with warm down) , light stretching, pumping 20 mins , 10 mins jelqing and i will also wear the ring of power device as well for flacid hangs. I will be updating my progress every 4 weeks and will post here along with any changes i have made to program. I aim to train for 6 months with at least 4 days per week training involved. In my off days i may wear a new device i have purchased which is supposedly yielding excellent results called the blaablaa. I will update more on the device whe i become familiar with it.
But i have recently purchased a philips infr red lamp from boots at £15.99 for a sports injury i picked up kick boxing. I decided one night to give it a go to warm up because i hate sticking my knob in a glass of water to warm up.
All i can say guyts is this lamp gives an intense warm up and i have noticed my viens pumping in my knob i never had before and also you actually have a kind of pumped up look even before you start. So my advise is to get yourselves one because although i only have mine one week it is already contributing hugely to my workout.
I will be about a lot and with years of experience i will be here to help and also post on whats working for me and whats not.
But defo buy the infra red lamp.
