Well here is the story so far.
I have read a lot about PE and have probably like 6-8 Manuals of PE.
At the beginning i tried following the Manuals. But got frustrated at the fact that the workouts were toooo advanced where you had to reach the level of jelqing for 30 minutes in a span of 4 weeks. with almost like a 1000 kegels and what not. So i just quit the whole monkey business. I am a student and have a hectic life. But i started going to cheeky cherry and read a few articles and saw the free exercises. So i started doing the kegels on a daily basis .. and only did the DRY jelqs for a month as per the instructions given where you do the excercises every other day. well i got a 0.5 inch increase in length with just one months of stretching. Then i wanted to have a go at the WET JELQs .. the major league of the excercises. But apparently while i was doin the beginners routine i felt like i was over doing .. this is my current routine.

5 min HOT WRAP.
Dry Jelqs : 25 shaft and 25 base (this range incresase every week as written in the article posted here)
Holds : basically i wait for my P to go flacid and then pull and hold for 30 seconds. I do it flacid and not at 40% erection is coz at flacid state i can feel the pull which tends to satisfy.

Wet Jelqs :
150 wet jelqs (slowly with proper breathing and stuff)
this value tends to increase every week until i reach 500.

finally a warm down. where i tend to put my asset into a vessel of warm-hot water ... and relax.

Now i found this tends to take too long and i wastage of time.

can i stick to something like this.

KEGELS :every day thats no problem.

can i do the dry jelqs and wet jelqs on a monthly basis.

example.

JULY-December : HOT WRAP, KEGELS, Dry jelqs , HOLds, WARM DOWN.

December- july : HOT WRAP, KEGELS, WET JELQS, Warm Down.

basically what i wanna do is prioritize with the stretching and the bulding into separate regions instead of implementing both.

i did get success with the stretching separately. plus its quick and less time consuming.

you all are experienced and proz. please critique my routine. it will be very helpful and i thank you for reading this.

That's a good routine, stick to it for couple of months before upgrading. Don't increase the number of wet jelqs every week, wait at least a month. The only thing you may get by increasing jelqs weekly is an injury (500 is way too much even for an experienced PE'r anyway). This will only delay your gains if you don't end up with a more serious damage to your wang. Just be cautious and don't overwork, be aware that PE can take time but it pays off in the end.

I think you should always keep a balanced routine (e.g. wet and dry jelqs) throughout your entire workout. I don't think splitting wet and dry jelqs will produce a good result.

i did get success with the stretching separately. plus its quick and less time consuming.

I also had good results for flaccid length with separate stretching.
