SOUND mind lives in a sound body. SO goes for our SAusages.
SO what actually do the members eat so maintain their gains. I have read that having MEAT (beef, mutton) is not good for gains. I am in doubt of that.
Other than water and other fresh fruits and vegetables are there any specific foods which aid in your quest of attaining the ultimate P.

Healthy food in general is benefical. From the supplement side I'd recommend L-Arginine and L-Ornithine amino acids for better healing by increased GH levels and better erections with more nitric oxide in Your body.

Aww beat me to it. What he said up there, also I'd assume making sure you're getting enough Zinc is key. Zinc is basically one of the big ingredients in healing your body (it's also good for clearing up the skin).
Also, I know that taking pain killers (i.e. advil, aleve...) reduces your body's ability to rebuild tendons, does it do the same with ligaments? Not sure...maybe...so consider laying off of those

Healthy diet and plenty of sleep. All you need i think, though supplements probably help that little bit more.

The amino acid Arginine is found in many foods, such as dairy products, meat, poultry, fish, nuts, and chocolate. Arginine is used by the body to make nitric oxide, a substance that relaxes blood vessels. For this reason, it has been used to treat cardiovascular disorders such as heart failure, intermittent claudication, impotence, female sexual dysfunction, and interstitial cystitis.

Ok, so I'll have to eat fish, meat and chocolate to get L-Arginine into my body.
How will I get L-Ornithine amino acids into my body?

Bobo, what is L-ornithine?
Well, L-Ornithine is an amino acid like L-Arginine. I could explain how it works scientifically but PE-wise all You need to know is it boosts up the effects of L-Arginine giving more positive effects than just taking only L-Arginine. Basically the L-Arg + L-Orn combo (2/1 ratio recommended) boosts up the natural production of growth hormone in Your body meaning faster healing. L-Arginine also gives You more semen to shoot because a big part of semen is L-Arginine, and it gives You more nitric oxide (NO) for better erections too. If You have herpes or some sort of tumor, using L-Arginine and L-Ornithine is not recommended. More info can be easily found by Google.

Tnx Bobo!
Your swedish is very good, much better then my "finska".
Kiitos.
Dutch is easy to learn if you know german and swedish. I understand a lot of dutch language, but that's beccause I have learned german in school.
Btw, I think spanish or german is the easiest languages to learn.
Ein , zwei, drei, it's easy
Uno, due, dres, also easy :D
Now, try to say this: deux, troi, quattre, siss or something. Or petit choux.
This language suck! (so does the french girls) :D
Hmmm... wrong subject, i think. Sorry.
Where can I buy Arginine and ortinine? In pharmaceust? (How the hell do you spell farmasuts?)
Bobo
10th November 2005, 07:40 PM
 It's "pharmacy" and "pharmacist". Well, You may be able to buy it there too, but at least here in Finland they can be found in good sport shops, sport nutrition shops or bodybuilding shops. I buy mine from a finnish online fitness store, and I'm sure You have similar shops in Sweden too. Just do some Googling and I'm sure You'll find many options to buy them from in Sweden. Most of the brands like for example Universal Nutrition, Twinlab, Leader, Weider etc. etc. sell the stuff, they're very common bodybuilding supplements.

Finnish is one of the Uralic languages and Swedish is one of the Indo-European languages just like English and German.
Thats why its easier for us to understand, especially if you can understand German. (like me :mrgreen )
But I thought (a version of) Swedish was also a minor language in Finland and vice versa, isnt it?
Bobo
10th November 2005, 09:32 PM
Yep, swedish is a minor language here and we have to study it a bit at school (2-3 years), but most of us finns don't speak much swedish. I have used it at work for a couple of years on and off, that's why I remember it that well. If I wouldn't have used it at all after comprehensive school I wouldn't remember anything. We have only about 300.000 swedish people in Finland and most of them speak finnish, and the rest (5 million) are finnish so minor is the word for sure.
