Good day. This is my first post. I've gained a lot of knowledge on this site, so I thought it time to give a little back.

I never had a problem with my size, but if you can make it bigger in a safe, cheap and natural way, why not, I say. I concentrated on girth, and I now have the interesting problem that my hand nor foreskin fits over my shaft. :D

Anyway, I wanted to share my warmup technique that I didn't find in this forum. The first two times I PEed, I used the recommened techique with the warm cloth. I found this annoying and messy.
So I thought of something else:

Go to the kitchen and get yourself a plastic bottle. Cut off the bottom half, and fill it with warm water. You're gonna give your whole package a hot bath. Test the heat with your elbow. Fingers don't give a good impression of the real °t. It's better too cold than too hot, off course. You don't want to explain the burnmarks to your family doctor.
Next, place the cup of warm water on something that's about the hight of your nether regions. Like the corner of a table. Put it all in there, and just stand there for 5min. Leave the foreskin where it is. It will protect the sensitive corona from too much of a shock.
Take it out a couple of times to check progress and perform some stretches etc... After a few minutes the tissue will be warm and soft, like you just had 12 hour of tantric sex. The benefits of a fully warmed up penis are amazing. You can actually feel the stretch, and I gained a couple of centimeters in a single session the first time I did this warm up.

By chance, the bottle I used was rectangular. This turned out to be a blessing, because it fits right in between my legs. A round bottle might not be so comfortable.

I don't PE often, maybe once every two weeks, and about 10 times in total, but I'm nearly at my goal of 21cm (it's a lucky number). I'm now at 19cm from 14cm. Keep in mind that I focus on girth. Length is not really important (or so I've read), but I just picked 21cm as a stopping point, so I don't take it too far. It still has to be a practical size.
I don't have a real routine, I just do all the exercises that suit me. I PE for about an hour, while listening to the radio.

I'd like to thank the people of this board for altruisticaly providing me with the knowlegde to ... euh ... well, have a big weewee.

And hope that ypu locked the door and no one enters the room.

Just from warming up? :? Higly unlikely. 2 centimeters in one session is probably attributed to mis-measuring. That's ALOT from a single session.

ALOT... in fact it's impossible. You must mean temporary flaccid length, nothing permanent. How long have You been PE'ing?

Wern posted something a while back about this topic. In fact he seemed to have a problem caused by dipping his balls into the hot water. Anyway my memory is a little cloudy. The point is that it is deemed not healthy for testicles to dip in hot water, because it has an effect on sperm production. So be aware of that. Otherwise the idea of using a bathh of sorts is good as it warms up the penis a lot faster.

I believe my perenium nerve got pinched from using this technique. Be careful captain winky! Make sure the edge doesn't press too hard against the area between your scrotum and anus.

So it's best to avoid soaking your balls as well when using a bowl\cup of hot water for your warmup?

I'd heard that soaking your balls in cold water was supposed to be good for your sperm production (may or may not be true, you can see the possible reasoning as your balls are supposed to stay cooler than the rest of your body, but then again not too much cooler) so it would make sense that heating them wouldn't necessarily be a good thing.

Diminished sperm count can be attributed to increased temperature of the testes. Males with such a problem who are trying to have kids are advised to wear boxers instead of briefs because it keeps your balls away from the body, thus cooler. I doubt a few minutes of warm up every other day (with weekends off :P ) will make you sterile. No worse than taking a shower everyday.

Just be careful, Capt.

As Artee said

Diminished sperm count can be attributed to increased temperature of the testes

The point is that there is no conclusive evidence that prescribes a definitive length of time at a certain temperature that affects sperm count in testies. There have been studies but the consensus is that in general, exposing testies to high temperatures reduces sperm count. I read that exposing them for over 30minutes at 102 F MAY lower sperm count
