I am looking to add rotation holds to my routine. I currently do about 150 dry jelqs which includes war holds, drys, and ulis. I am looking to add rotation holds, should I increase the amount to 200 when adding them? Also can some tell me when I grab behind the head do I need to stretch out as much as I can? Do I do a hold at the base? How does this build base girth?
