sore eyes

ive been pe,ing for a year now,but have just started reverse kegels and find them pretty good,but i find that my eyes are sore and look red for the rest of the day,i supose its because the blood is pushed down through the body to the penis,does this happen to anybody else? and is there anything to prevent it,as i want to carry on with reverse kegels

I highly, highly doubt that you're getting sore eyes from reverse kegels. Highly doubt it. Where do you live? As we get into winter the air is getting colder and dryer which can be irritating on the eyes. Reverse kegels are going to have no effect on your eyes though.

south England,the winter has just kicked in so yeh it could just be that im getting dry skin,or coming down with something,just so happened to be when i started with reverse kegels,
