started peing 2 days ago, its great, first exercise; 5 min.. warmup in the shower. 1 minute stretch and about 200 wet jelqs using vasoline. then warmed down for 2 minutes. jelqs were quick and light being that im only concentratin on length. it feels like the workout really didnt do much being that it was light. anyway being uncircumsized still the same technique no?

It's the same technique, uncircumsized or not. It's wise to keep it light during the first week or two, but if You feel/see nothing after the workout then re-think Your technique. Are You moving blood in the shaft or only "petting" the snake? Think about that when You PE next time.

I think you should warm-up for about 5 minutes.

You need to check your erection status. It should be between 50-70% for wet jelqs. Also even if you go light on the Jelqs you still should feel like you had a workout and your penis should "look" like it had a workout. Ie a little pumped look afterwards and also a lower flaccid hang.

Normally are jelqs light or hard?

Now that's a tricky question... define "light" and "hard". Are You talking about erection level or the strength of the jelqs?

The strength of the jelq

That really is a tricky question because I have no idea what You think as hard or weak. In general, a jelq is moving an ok-grip along the shaft, pushing blood in front of it and letting some blood flow through it. The smaller (=harder) the grip, the slower the blood flows through the grip, and the slower the stroke. You should do both fast (=light) and slow (=hard) jelqs and everything between. Remember not to squeeze too hard, just to block some of that bloodflow is enough.

I would say that all jelqs must be done what most would consider 'hard' to get a good workout. You know, so you can feel and see you've had a good workout, these would be caled light jelqs. But also, they could be done harder, and slower, and these would be the more intense jelqs. Like Bobo said, its hard to tell as there is no clear definition of light of hard jelqs. Aslong as you actualy 'work out' your dick and not stroke it you should be fine.
