Hello everyone and thank u for your time.
This might sound overboard, but i am serius in persuing this so advices would be helpfull.
I whant a body thats like MADE for fast and hard thrusting u know "high speed and impact fucking"
so what strengt exercises would aid me best in my goals du u think?
I have lready gained endurace from my bicyckling workouts and power from my squats routine, but i still feel it in my legs way to much after about 20-30 minutes.

Running for cardiovascular endurance, and core strengthening. Work those abs. Find a good ab workout and stick to it, abs are super important if you want to keep hitting that spot :twisted:

I kind off hate abs workout, but yes i agree this might be very overlooked by me, iff its that inportant il deffinitly do more

do some leg work. squats, deadlifts, lunges, step ups.....and do yoga to stay flexible...you can't fuck really hard if you cramp up.

Building the body for sex
So you want to build the body for sex? The perfect sex partner; other then the mental side of things romantic, sensitive etc, will also have several physical aspects honed, they will need to be able to master several advanced techniques which would require alot of strength to complete. So strength. You will need to be going for 1-3 hours non stop - sometimes at fast pace and sometimes at a slower pace while sometimes moving at A FURIOUS PACE, You are going to need great strength endurance and stamina.
Strength:
This is not going to be a typical Weight lifting workout, your not benching your girlfriend off the floor, she is not one big rod of iron with a few plates 6foot apart placed perfectly in equilibrium with each other. She is going to be this lump of weight (all be it a stunning lump - you hope) But a moving breathing unequal lump! Youl be shagging girls weighing from 40-70kg i presume unless your into BBW!? or jailbait, but thats for another forum. So I suggest sandbag training, fill a sandbag with around 40-70kg. start at 40 and build up to 70. Do several different pulls, presses, drags, carries, isometric holds. You want to build up the workout from around 10minutes up to 1 hour.... of non stop lifting. You can go up in weight with the sandbag as stated before, either way, youl be throwing your woman around the bedroom like A RAG DOLL. Isometric holds, just holding the sandbag (your girl) up against a wall with just your hands for several minutes at a time.
Cardiovascular - stamina:
workouts lasting 30-1.5 hours, these are your pure endurance workouts to build that long lasting stamina.
PEing:
OBVIOUSLY....
probably the biggest key. LOTS OF KEGELS, jelqs stretches etc.
asthetics, girls seem to love the beach body look, so get on t he pec deck like some pretty boy fag and get the pecs going, firm up your abbs and work on asthetics surgicaly.

Yes u got me right i whant that FIURIUS pace fucking that u described and i whant this to be as 1 hard inpact as possible 2 fast as possible and 3 be able to keep it upp
the sand bag training u suggested sounds realy good, it whill develop my "grabb gf ass and axelerrate it towards my dick" skill, also just overall strength.

hahaha of corse it doesnt take much to build a body for sex.
Just get lean fit and fast and strong enough to throw a girl around a room like a rag doll. make sure you have the endurance to do it as well.

Yeah, the endurance part is what gets me most off the time
I acctually got a whay to inrease my abbility, BUT even though im cracy impullsive enough for most day offs the week, i still think that putting a rubber woman in my bed with weights placed on my legs and a backpack on , just dry humping a whay like a MAD:twisted: man, even i might think thats a tad too muchhahhahaaha:mrgreen
