HI everyone im making myself a diary so I stay commited (i have a hard time finishing things) and get some more moto. Im pretty average right now at 6.5 bpl and 4.7 bpg (best personal girth)
Im going for 8 by 6.2 and i dont care how long it takes. Ill update every 2 weeks to tell you how its going and post new measurements every month. My current beginning routine is TP's beginner routine (suprisingly) ill add 25 wet jelqs every week and mabey throw in a couple dry jelqs tell me what you think.

Those are the magic words to (possibly) avoid overtraining! Trying to speed up things usually ends up in a disaster. TP:s beginner routine is a good way to start. Good luck, and keep us posted on Your progress! :cool

Ok I just got back from camping so I missed a day and im gonna miss another (Its July 4th come on), but after that im gonna be good to go. I do take this seriously because i definetly dont want to hurt my self, but I am not going to let PE have much of an influence on my personaly life, and im not worried about time sence i have alot of it on my hands (literally) :).

Did my routine today and I made sure I warmed up and warmed down really good I think I spent about 12 minutes on both. Felt really good so im going to do it again.

Well, im now doing 175 wet jelqs, i have missed a couple of days, but my reasons were more important on my priorities list then doing PE. I have to keep telling myself not to measure yet. but i can see and feel a difference i just want to thank you all for a great website since I did have my doubts. thanks again and ill post my measurements in another 2 weeks.

Glad to see You're already feeling the magic. Resist Your urge to measure too often, because it will be more difficult to see the actual gains then. Good luck for Your first measurement, Sir!

I just added Arginine and Ornithine to my supplements and started taking them today.

3 g arginine 1.5 ornithine about an hour after takin it i notice that it doesnt take much to get a phantom boner. hehe at least i know its workin

Measurement day
Old measurements are
6.5 by 4.7 erect
3.75 by 3.8 flacid
New measurements are
6.6 by 4.8 errect (great gains im luvin it)
3.8 by 4 flacid ( i knew i was feelin a difference)
Thanks guys im on my way to havin a pole in my shorts.
Routine is a lil different i customized it to what made it feel the best and im stickin to it cuzz im gaining good here it is
15 minutes of warm up (i think this is the key)
30 second stretching in every direction
10 kegels after last stretch
20 jelqs for 10 sets
10 kegels in between each set
15 minutes of warm down
150 kegels durin rest of day and im followin 5 hour rule.
Now am consuming around 4g arginine (its in my protein powder) and 1.5 grams ornithine.

I havnt PE'd in a while because my parents decided to spend two weeks with me :roll: and they wont let me have a minute to myself after i get home from work :neut: . They kind of made me lose my Moto, but I have been doin kegels though. So im not expecting to much gain or any gains this month but im expecting some goody gains next month.

My background
I am currently going to college and im in the rotc there and ill be going into the navy (im doing rotc because i get payed more and get to go up a couple ranks as soon as i join the navy). I have a part time job as a custodian helping my friend clean big buildings (hotels, car sales place, some big houses) I do it because it actully pays pretty good and i get benefits and plus my friends do it and i get to work with them so its all good (we also get to go to a bunch of parties). And my current girlfriends name is Julie and shes 19 I just turned 20. Yeh...Ive been doing self hypnosis for about a year im pretty good at it and I can do it almost anywhere and its helped me alot.

There was a thread on this on the old boards. One of the PE members suggested it and had tons of info. I have looked but i cant find it. He suggested a mantra while we PE. Cant remember the name :(

Well im not getting my hopes up because there might be alotta factors that could be reasonable for this. But last night while i was jerking it felt like my girth increased because it felt bigger in my hand. Like i said before i dont expect any increasements because I only did PE 4 mabey 5 times this month (out of 13). But mabey there was a slight increase. I guess I will find out in a couple days.

I feel great after my PE workout Ive only done 1 work out this week so far (I was sick), and I will be doing one in about 30 minutes. Im not changing my routine just because I feel great after my workout I feel like after every workout I can feel my dick getting bigger. Like every work out is very productive. Its so hard to not measure, but im keepin my urges down. I also have been using positive afirmations I wrote MPEGBALATED IGFAWE (My Penis Is Getting Bigger And Longer And Thicker Every Day and I gain fast and with ease) on my calendar and my screen saver so i see it at least twice every day. Still keeping up the A/O to. Sometimes I forget in the morning so i take it an hour before I PE and 30 minutes after then 30 minutes before i go to bed. I am also taking ZMA.

Its been going good I have added some wet jelqs. Also I have been reading around on the old forums and some on this one. I have noticed alot of people have had some success with adding a little stretch to the end of a jelq so im gonna start doin those.
New routine looks like this.
Warm up 300 slow self counted seconds (I stand in the shower with a cloth covering my dick and let the hot/warm water soak it so it stays nice and warm)
20 second heli shake with a 10 second two handed stretch towards the floor at the end
30 second stretches in every direction
10 second heli shake
30 dry jelqs
20 jelq - stretch combos
20 x 10 wet jelqs with 10 kegels every set and 10 second heli shake every other set.
warm down (same as warm up)

well its almost towards the end of the month..i dont think i have gained anything because ive been goin out alot and been really busy, but when i do have time i do it so its been about 1-2 a week this month instead of 3. Anyways im going to try and set aside some time for it next month so i can do it, but im not gonna let it get in the way of dates/plans. ill be back with measurements in a in a couple days :mrgreen
*edit oh im also doing more excercises for girth ill keep doin jelq stretches though as i think they are what contributed a big part to my gains, but who knows just as long as it gets bigger im more happier :mrgreen :cheeky:

no gains this month..considering how much i have gained im still very happy that pe works so im going to be really consistent this month and see what happens :).
