I did a session last night and I woke up today and used the bathroom at work and noticed the skin just below the head on the left side was a little imflamed. I didn't noice anything last ngiht after the session. I am also circumsized.
The only thing I can think of that would have caused this imflamation is the manual stretches. When I stretch it is hard to maintain a good grip and the top 1/3 of my head looks red. Does this sort of thing to everybody else.
If anybody can respond soon it would b greatly appreciated. I'm reading bout inflamation and some disorders and it seems like scar tissue can form. I think I can get a doctors appointment on Monday. Anybody with answers that this has happened to or has an inea of what this could be would be greatly appreciated.
