Hi, been such a long time since i've visited here.
Last year (approx may) I first started PEing. Went from a 5.5bpx4.5 to 6.5bpx4.5. Only stuck to it for about 3-4 months then gave up as I was busy getting ready for uni.
Now that uni's over its time to start again. Lost a little size in that year and am now at 6.25bpx4.5. Definitely sticking to it this time round.
Routine
warm up
stretches 15 secs each in 5 different directions (helis between each stretch)
150 wet jelqs
warm down
Can someone point me towards the old board? I'm trying to dig up my old diary. Thanks :D edit: never mind found it!
01/07/05: 6 1/4 BP x 4 1/2
01/08/05: 6 3/8 BP x 4 1/2 (but now a more solid 4 1/2 :D )
01/09/05: 6 3/8 BP x 4 5/8

How come you lost some of your gains? I thought penis is not a muscle and all gains are permanent? Now what? I'm gonna do PE for half a year so I can loose all my gains within two years when I stop PEing?

He lost only 0,25" (which is normal) and kept 0,75", so no need to panic here. Welcome back, ally! :cool

I doubt you did a maintainance routine either, that may have helped you keep that little bit more. Dont worry, lost gains usually come back relatively easily. Welcome back mate :D

hey guys just a quick update.
PE this month has been sporadic at best. Only did around 8 workouts this month rather than 12. But still noticed some gains :D .
Was 6 1/4 BP x 4 1/2
Now 6 3/8 BP x 4 1/2
I think i gained some girth. Before it was sort of hovering around 4 1/2 but now its a more solid 4 1/2 (just a little bit past it).
I think i've found my optimum erection level for jelqing. I'll do my best to describe it, it may help someone else! Basically my cock feels spongey but as soon as i grip the base it becomes hard but its not a full erection (it doesnt point in the direction my full erection would normally point)
Current routine:
Warm Up
Stretches
200 Wet Jelqs (might increase to around 300 by the end of the month)
Warm Down
Update in a month guys!!

Nice gains, bro. Everything seems to be looking good. And biggerpenis, the loss is no big deal as its not much at all. But a maintanence routine will help solidify them into more solid gains.

not been very consistent with PEing this month again :neut: but did gain 1/8 in girth - nothing in length... gonna set myself a goal, hope to be 7 bp x 5 by the end of the year but im feeling sooooo demotivated at the moment. HELP!!!

Motivation is a tricky thing to keep up, I know that pretty well. ally, you've got to fight your moods, we all have. The best place to offer you motivation (even if it's in the long run) is CC. Take every small gain as a GREAT achievement and just keep focussed. What's "to keep focussed?" To be single minded... even anti-social if you like, but set your standards high, don't settle for less... think about your future, you never know when you'll come across THAT juicy, delicious girl who will make you turn inside out when she touches you. In times like this you'll definitely thing a great deal more about your tool and... wouldn't it be just nice to have your goals there when you'll most need it? Think... and act now.

You do a light routine for a couple months AFTER you reach your goal to keep your penis in that extended state. After awhile you dont even have to touch the thing. This is called cementing a gain and no, you should NOT lose your gains unless you forgot your cementing routine.
