Another serious stuff question

Im wondering if its healthy we keep the PEing even after using our tool.
What I mean is, I know you should only PEing 5 hours after/before you use your penis, but the thing is...what if you used it a lot ?
I ask this coz I had a crazy night with my gf, and it was night and morning, and I feel tired and I feel "him" tired too... so I don't know if I should still doing my PEing, but its my second day... i shouldn't do breaks yet. :s

Listen to your dick. I've overtrained and had to take several days off because I did PE on a day where I had a lot of sex with my GF. If you feel sore before a workout let it rest.
