ive read alot of threads about kegeling to hold ur ejaculation back when u get
to ur PONR.. and about putting ur mind off of getting too excited so that u
wont ejaculate too fast..
but is there a way to keep that excitement and last longer?
i dont see the point of having sex if ur going to take the pleasure out of it by
trying to think of something else while screwing

As far as lasting longer but keeping the excitement, try varying your technique. When I'm making love to my woman I'm not spending that much time thrusting away at her like a madman. I vary my speed, keep it slow so she can feel it, and switch positions up. Then by the time you really start giving it to her you can finish without feeling like you're letting her down.


Kegeling definitely helps though. After a while doing kegeling workouts you'll feel like you could crack a walnut with your PC muscle; this will help you last longer in bed.

The key to lasting longer is not about distracting yourself. It's simply about developing such a strong kegel muscle that you can control your ejaculation through tensing the muscle when you get right before the point of no return.

Then when having sex, would I kegel hard and stop thrusting until the feeling subsides? Or would I be able to keep going without stopping if my muscle is strong enough?

I'm not sure. I think you can continue fucking while holding the kegel muscle. You might need to slow down, though... since it's pretty tiring.

once you get control of your muscles, you can stop the ejaculation. your pauses become shorter because you can control your arrousal level....but first build the muscle by doing kegals.
