FUCKKKKKKK i hate my fucking immune system, everytime i start to feel good of where i am with my body perse my weight lifting routine, and cardio i start to get sick wtf. I HATE THIS SHIT. I HAVEW ALLERGIES RITE NOW which is becasue my immune system low. FUCK im fiting it off i think ioll be fine tommorow but its still annoying.

ownd do you smoke? I ask because I used to a while back. In the beginning it was okay I had no problems. After about 8 years I noticed that I would have a constant cold and get really sick a couple of times a year. I was the same as you. Get nice and fit and then suddenly sick. I gave up smoking and now it is a rare occurence for a cold or anything. On a really sick note I also discovered that I was mildly allergic to something in alcoholic drinks like beer and brandy etc. Whenever i drank I would get hayfever and a cold. Shit so now I don't drink either. Bummer!! :cry: Maybe just a glass of wine with dinner now and then.

take multivitamins and exercise in warm temperatures I guess. And try anti-histamines.

Getting enough rest (=sleep) and healthy food with all the vitamins and minerals are the key to staying healthy when training hard. You shouldn't start training really hard immediately, add more resistance and strain slowly over time, just like in PE'ing. When Your body is fatigued by too much training, not enough sleep and not enough healthy food, You get sick.

Yeh, could also be your liver working over time and not filtering out all the toxins in your body thus weakening your immune system and making you prone.

look into alkalizing your body (sorry bout spelling, pissed in it) with the right foods. If you body is to acidic is will carry disease for you. Google that and take a look, very interesting...

Its either probably down to your body already fighting shit off, or your over training and not sleeping enough..

Thx guys no i dont and never have smoked.. Ill checkt he alkalizing thing out. A hunch that i have is that i dont eat vary many vegetables at all, and i think that weakens my Immune system because i usually take vegetables and juice them carrots, beats, oranges, grapes, strawberries, celery and i dont get sick for a while but i dnno.

my immune system is weak- it was strong as a youth but ive had to strip the exercises down to a core almost.
perhaps diet and rest aside you are simply asking too much from your body- is there any way of refining or reducing your physical workload?
it neednt mmean your less productive.. afterall getting sick all the time is unproductive.
so whats your regime?

Damn that sucks. why not ask a doc why you stay so sick. Maybe an immune defficiancy or something.

If you get a lot of sleep and have a good diet (including a multivitamin supplement and maybe fish oil\flax oil too) then you're doing pretty much all you can.

Could you post up your training schedule so we can see what it's like? Also, I hear Glutamine helps with your immune system (it's also supposed to help with recovery but that's not entirely proven).

yeah, that explains a lot dude. the grappling and hard weights are eating into your immune system. you need to reduce it somehow. hmm, whats your regular routine? perhaps it can be tweaked to reduce the hit your central nervous system gets.
