yes. that's pretty much the PC muscle. If you work it you will go far. You should also work the BC muscle which you do by getting an erection and then trying to raise your dick without using hands, abs etc

basically trying to get it to bounce like a lowrider with hydrolics would be the best exercise, and is it possible to overwork the pc muscle, i mean is a m,t,w,t,f too much if you do it thru out the day ? :lol:
listen to some game when working out the bc....ha ha

just treat it like any other muscle. One on one off. Start with light reps, then do very hard reps, like holding it for 30 seconds, and getting an erection and hanging a towel over it then trying to lift it. etc. Do same reps as you would if working your biceps. Then relax the next day. But it can HURT if you overtrain it, so go easy for the first month or two. Because unlike biceps you have to use PC muscle almost all the time. You don't want pain down there.
