I've noticed quite a number of the posters have been around for a pretty long time hence I wanted a newbie regimen advice from you guys. I thought your years of experience can give me a good start.:D

Are you still just going for stamina/erection quality or are you wanting to gain?

Length or girth?

How much time?

There are lots of beginner routines already that are proven to introduce you to PE slowly but reliably and usually you don't need alot to gain in the beginning.

Stamina got it covered with Wern's kegel routine, I believe.

I think I'll go for some length, just to see how it goes. But which is better for beginner gains?

Kongking just made some ridiculous gains with Assman's beginner routine so I would say that would do you well.

If you're mostly concerned with link there was a guy who advocated alot of stretches, he made some serious gains using almost only stretches and the best part is that most people agree that you can stretch all you want and the worst thing that will happen is your dick might get a bit raw, but it's hard to overtrain with them so they're great to add as a newbie because you don't have to worry about your dick getting hurt or not seeing gains due to overtraining.

So I would say Assman's routine with extra stretches as you see necessary.
