Try it out sometime and tell me how you like it. After failing my first time in PE, I reworked everything out, so that A) this could be done quick and effective and B) i would never get tired of doing it and quiting for days or even weeks (which i use to do with my old routine). I am also a firm believer in less is best. I do this work out every Tuesday and Thursday. Nothing more nothing less:
Warm up (Usually put a warm towel on el penis for around a minute, that 5 minute stuff isnt needed since this workout isnt long. But always do something for a warm up!)
Strech in each direction for 10 seconds a peice (up,down,right,left,straight out) Inbetween each direction change do 10 second heli's with each hand.
Kegels (I do kegels very different though. I do 4 X 20 of base kegels and underneath kegels. I dont even know if these excersises exist or I made them up, but let me explain. What i do for base kegels is use my thumbs to push into the base of my penis, forcing in down a bit. I then kegel 20 times. Works great. For the underneath one I use my finger to push against the actaul pc muscle and kelel 20 times. I do that 4 times for a set of 80 for each one)
4 X 25 Wet jelqs, for a combined 100 (i told you less is best). Inbetween each set of wet jelqs I do 10 sec. helis with each hand, and do one set of my kegel routine (20 base/20 underneath).
