I started PE one month ago today and felt like sharing, and what better place than the place that introduced me to it and motivated me to start :D

For the first two weeks I used The Assman's beginner routine, but at the start of the third I modified it to suit me.

I thought my gains were amazing, it has really boosted my confidence.

3 minute hot wrap followed by a 3 minute massage

Helicopter shakes

Stretching in all directions for 20 seconds, followed by stretching out and rotating in a circular motion for 30 seconds.

120 wet jelqs

10 twenty second holds

A 3 minute massage followed by a 3 minute hot wrap for the warm down

Edit: Since I met and passed my goal for length, I increased it. Its always good to have something to shoot for :twisted:

Thanks for the support guys. I went into this expecting maybe an 1/8" a month and was prepared to be doing it for a few years to get where I want. Guess my body had other plans.:icon_smile:

I PE three days a week. (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.) I also take a daily multivitamin and exercise on my off days if that means anything.

If this month's gains go just as well I'll probably start to focus more on girth exercises.

Hey KongKing, those gains really are amazing.

As you know, I'm doing exactly your routine. I wanted to know what erection level you do these exercises at? Like, do you jelq with 50% or 80%, do you do holds with 75%? Etc.

@ Apollo: Thats the jist of it, the lord strike me if it is in anyway inaccurate. Yeah, the routine in my OP is the one I'm still using but I'm going to change that up soon seeing as I met my length goal. I only masturbate once a week and always on an off day, so yes I kind of follow the rule. As for why I gain so much :shrugs: I don't do anything special.

@ Sabin: My jelqs are at about 60-70% and i do the holds at 80-ish%

Like I said, nothing special, I'm actually kind of at a loss for words. My expectations were completely shattered, much to my surprise.

Hmm maybe it has to do with you only masturbating once a week, giving your penis a lot of time to rest... who knows... What about kegels, do you do those? Also do you wake up with an erection often? And how tall are you?

Yeah, I do kegels whenever I have the time. Usually though it is when I'm brushing my teeth. I wake up with an erection 3 or 4 times a week, before I started PE'ing it was maybe once every two. I'm 6'1 1/2" tall.

I don't mind the questions, and I hope it helps, but most likely it is something physical.

Yeah one thing I notice is that a lot of the fast or big gainers tend to be guys that are 6'1" and taller... I know it's just anecdotal evidence but it makes a lot of sense in that there is a lot of potential to gain there...

I think there is something to be said about the simplicity of your routine though and that you aren't touching your dick in between workouts. I always had a hard time believing the adage that "less is more," because then wouldn't every teenager masturbating get a huge dick after a few years of it? But your story is changing my thinking a little...

Masturbation isn't the same thing though, you're average teen probably just whacks furiously and finishes. PE is rhythmic and takes more time. When I do masturbate I make it count, usually taking 40 minutes or so without edging or stopping.

The massage is something I read about as an option on another site before i started. Basically you grasp you penis lightly between you thumb and index fingers on each side and gently roll your thumbs as you work you way up to the head. It can also function as a light stretch while loosening it up. In my experience at least.

Each jelq is about 3 seconds, and at full erection I'd rate it about an 8 or 9. It isn't like a rock or a steel rod, but it doesn't give easily either.

My flacid hang? Before I started it turtled a lot. And by that Imean I had to pull it out slightly to use the restroom. Now it hangs 2 1/2 maybe 3 inches, but that has been increasing as my other numbers have.

This is my last week using the routine I've been using, since I'm pretty confident I passed my length goal by about a half inch. I'm going to redesign it to focus more on girth. Can anybody suggest some good exercises outside of dry jelqs? Tried them once to slightly painful results.

The official month two measurements will be posted on Thursday.

I never liked dry jelqs either. They never felt right. Check out the girth exercises in the PE exercises forums. Most center around holds at high % erection.

well you seem to be gaining pretty well in girth anyway. if you dont want anymore length maybe just cut out the stretches. You have had some amazing gains. Is your penis much bigger after a session?

Immediately after a session? I wouldn't call it "much bigger" but there is about a quarter inch difference in length after a session.

Its not that I'd mind getting more length, I just want to focus my routines more around my girth from now on. I'll experiment with a few different girth exercises next week to see how they feel. Or i might just add a few more holds.

I put on a full inch of length this month, and a half inch of girth. I'm kinda in a little shock right now :mrgreen

Here is what I think I'm going to do starting Monday. I'm going to keep my routine basically the same as it is but just increase the number of holds to 10 for now. And I'm going to do a fourth day every other week with the 50 wet jelqs, 5 holds for 30 seconds, and the same warm up/down. I think all of the other girth techniques are still a bit above my level, maybe I'll try them next month. Keeping it simple for now, it worked for the first two, why change it now?

As promised I measured a few more times, the most common measurement I've gotten is a FL of 4.5" and an FG of 4". The best I can figure is that I was a little excited at the last flaccid measure, but still not too shabby.

If my growth stays like it did the last months it will be, I'm not sure if I want it that big though >.> it'd be over 10 in length by 2010, too long for my liking. I'd be okay with the girth though :twisted:

Yeah, I get what you're saying Dappy. My goals and measurements are bone pressed, there is between 3/4 and an inch of my dick I can't use at the time being so if i stay the same weight and do get that big in pursuit of my girth it would only be about 8 inches in her which is more manageable. And as for my type there isn't any problem there tiny blondes are not it or tiny girls of any hair color :lol: I like them average height and a little squishy, not fat mind you but between 10 and 20 lbs over the ideal weight for the height.

I have a paid internship interview coming up which I desperately need, as I am insanely poor even by college student standards. I can't even leave school between classes because I barely have enough gas to get there and back in the first place. My Professors are just itching to fail me for stupid shit which would get my scholarship revoked. My cousin is in the hospital, I have a final project to be working on for electronics, and I'm trying to scrape together a free Halloween costume for a party I have to bum a ride to (again no gas). All while trying to get a little writing done, I'm an amateur novelist. This week royally sucked.

Yeah a little rest. I turn into a chronic masturbator while under stress, it make me feel a little better at least :lol:

I measured today for my 3rd month gains, here they are

EL: 8.125"
EG: 5.25"

3/8 of an inch gained in length and just about another quarter in girth. Not as good as last months, but still pretty darn good. Any ideas to why I've been varying so much?

again length is bone pressed.

But seriously, excellent gains. You're probably slowing down a little as your body gets used to the routine and you approach your physical limit for size. I'd really start working on girth now.

And dont worry about bitching about your life on here, everyone does it and it's good to let off steam. It also gives the rest of us a little window in on your life. I think the anonymity that comes with a forum of this nature really sucks. Anyway best luck with everything, I know how it is to be dirt poor, and gas IS fucking expensive these days. :hug:

thats what i was going to do, today I dropped it down to 100 wet jelqs from 120 and after two pe days I'll drop it ten more every two days until I reach 50. The wet jelqs help get more blood into it so the holds are more effective for me. I'm also going to add time to my holds in a similar fashion. For today's session I added 5 seconds to the first 5, and next week I'll add 5 seconds to the second 5 and repeat until i get to 10 30 second holds. Also, I'm going to try to incorporate an advanced girth exercise little by little into my routine and work on the size of my head. Its girth growth hasn't been as good as my shafts so it looks off.

The end of my week brought things up a little, as did a good session today.

Thanks apollo, good to be back. I've been getting some really good pumps these last two sessions, I hope it leads to good results this month. The time I took off felt like it had a negative affect on my girth, so I'd be happy to maintain what i had from the previous moth to this one.

Lets see... in three months you gained an inch in girth and over two inches in length, more than most guys will gain in a lifetime of PE. You're over 8 inches in length with much bigger girth considering you started at 4.25". I'd say if anyone should take a break from PE it should be you...

I'll just be sad to see you go though, since we both started at about the same time and your gains have inspired me to keep going with PE on more than one occasion.

Besides that though, theres no reason why you shouldn't go out there and show the girls the "finished product" :cheeky::cheeky:

I worked out my class situation, I'm going to end the semester with a 3.75 Gpa :cool

The novel is at a stand still, I had a bout of writer's block and decided to do something as a gift to a friend until I figure out how to proceed.

And I feel like I can take up PE again but since the holiday are more or less here I doubt I'll have time, so January 1st I start again :D

Starting back up today. I lost a little during my break of almost two months considering I barely did any PE in November. I'm back down to my October measurements which isn't too bad. I'll get it back soon enough :D

Update:
My penis can't make up its damn mind, someday my work out is too intense and others not intense enough. If thats not enough the girl the I told about my pe asked how it was coming along today so I measured and its already past what it was before I stopped! I got a measurement of 8.5" x 5.25", what the heck is up with that?! At the end of the month watch it be smaller:icon_rolleyes:

Yeah my dick was doing that too for a while, ranging from 5.75" to 6.25". I think it's a sign of overtraining, maybe gripping too hard or being too erect. Way too many factors to really know whats up. But hey if you are hitting 8.5" you gotta be happy. At least you know youre physically capable of hitting that measurement.

I'm really glad I started again. My routines have been great, I have really high quality erections, and I'm hitting marks after a work out I never thought I would. All those girls better watch out when I get back in the game :twisted:

Bad news, found an injury today. Right on the front of my glans below the opening of the urethra there is a tiny clean split. Kind of like it was nicked with a razor :puke: There was no blood or pain and it is hard to spot when flaccid.
It not as bad as it sounds but I'm glad I saw it when I did, I have no Idea how long I've had it but there are a few theories. I'm thinking it either happened yesterday during my holds from too much pressure, today during some stretching from the same reason, or I caught it with the edge of one of my fingernails during masturbation.
But it goes without saying that I am done with pe until it heals be it a few days or a few months.

Nah, don't worry about it. I'm thinking it'll be better around next Friday at the latest, but I'm going to give it extra days anyway. Then take it veeery easy.

Thanks for the support guys. I went into this expecting maybe an 1/8" a month and was prepared to be doing it for a few years to get where I want. Guess my body had other plans.:icon_smile:

I PE three days a week. (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.) I also take a daily multivitamin and exercise on my off days if that means anything.

If this month's gains go just as well I'll probably start to focus more on girth exercises.



PE'ing every 2-3 days is what i think got him these great results....
i was reading somewhere in this site earlier today that human tissue needs between like 48-72 hours to full heal .... so if you do like wet jelqs and stretchs lets say on a thursday wait 2 days to rest then kick it back up agian on a saturday, think about it, 2 days rest! ur dick had a great amount of time to recover/heal, thus making results alot better.....
this is my opinion

what do you guys think?

Yes, rest is just as important as your workout. Less is more. PE smart.

Thats what I've been thinking too, some people want result too quick and give it hardly any healing time. And yes, Apollo has said that a lot. :lol:

My injury is closing, admittedly slower than I'd like, but at least it's healing. Last thing I'd want is a permanent split on my wang. But other than that it's in fantastic shape, up and very alert almost every morning.

My wang feel 100%, but that damn injury refuses to close anymore than it has...:evil: I'm starting to think my adventure in PE land has been cut short.

Anyway, I measured here are the stats.
EL: 8"
EG: 5"

Despite the injury, I still seem to have made some gains. I'm almost back to where I was. Unfortunately I am still on hiatus until it closes. Anybody have any ideas to speed up the process?

I've been putting this moisturizer on my dick with vitamins A E B and minerals; maybe it helps with the healing, maybe it doesn't. For my dick though, I'll try anything.

and since I needed something to occupy my lost pe time I've been kegeling and writing more. harder than I've ever been and liking it.

I gotta question for you KK, when you did PE was your penis hard when flaccid? Mines been like that lately, but it doesn't feel sore or tender like i'm overtraining. And it doesn't affect my erection quality or anything else. It just doesn't hang full.

Well the split is still there, but there hasn't been any pain since day one. The only indication was red around the edges of the split for the first few days. :shrugs:

My injury is still in the process of healing,or becoming permanent, but I thought it was in good enough to take on light workouts. So for the time being I am doing an extremely light work out of 50 jelqs twice a week.

After I realized my junk was fine I started 50 wets 3 days a week with 5 30 second holds and a set of helis in the beginning middle and end.

hey guys, no massive gains this month, but i do have something to show from switching my focus to girth.

my new measurements are
EL: 8.5 (a little over actually, but nothing worth changing my stats over)
EG: 5.25:cheeky:

I don't do holds at 100% for a few reasons. When I'm at 100 percent i need to squeeze with all my strength to move the blood, and it hurts quiet a bit the next day or two. I'd do them if i could like that, but it hurts so i don't.

If i ever get over the embarrassment I'll post my proof in the future.

I don't like doing holds at 100% either. At that high of an erection level my dick feels to rigid. If I start at 75-80% and kegel blood in as I'm doing the hold I feel like my penis gets fully engorged, but yet somewhat soft and able to expand more.

Okay, so my schedule needs some filling, so I figured I'd try to PE again, the goal being girth. so heres he routine I've been thinking of.

Warm-up in the shower
1 set of stretches in all direction
Helishakes
25 dry jelqs
2 sets of 5 holds (25 seconds each)
more helis
1 set of 3 4x4s
and 2 target holds for the glans 45 seconds each

any thoughts?
