Sorry I haven't been around all summer, I had a job and needed to straighten some shit out with myself. I'm not into long introductory posts, but suffice it to say that after working with a bunch of ex-cons and ex-drug addicts I've learned that life is yours and all you have to do is reach out and take whatever the fuck you want. And I want a big fucking dick, it's good to be back.
Time to kick ass fellas.

There is no way to say I want a big dick without it sounding extremely gay. I tried, and failed several times.
I want a big dick in my hands...
I want a big dick on me..
that's how far I got before I just said to myself, " I want my dick to grow".

Good to see you back Scientist. Have you decided on a routine yet?

No routine yet, I will probably look at whatever I was doing last and copy something similar to that.
Alright, I measured a bit today and my erection level was lacking a bit and I got mostly the same measurements as the last time I started which were the following.
Unerect : Erect :
BPL : 114 mm --- 4.49" 168 mm --- 6.62"
NBPL : 92 mm --- 3.62" 143 mm --- 5.63"
Girth : 125 mm --- 4.92" 134 mm --- 5.28"
My goals are going to be 6.5" NBPEL x 5.5" Girth by about christmas and 7" x 5.75" by May 1st. I think I might actually be able to get more than that but those goals I think are both realistic and slightly ambitious so we will see how I feel and how I respond as alter them from there.

I think I'm going to go with this routine
5 min. warmup (20 sec heli, 40 sec. stretch)
3 min. JAI
5min. Waterwells
5 min. holds (20 sec. each)
2 min. WH (15 hold, 10 push)
10 min. of wets
I'm going to do this in a hot bath every other day.
Also I'm going to do kegels everyday
100 1 second kegels, then 90 1 seconds and a 10 second hold ...
No masturbation on PE days and half an hour of edging on non-PE days.

So, I'm starting in earnest Monday, working out, running, being more diligent in my BJJ and starting PE.
Can't wait. I love intensity, suffering, and pushing myself, but most of all I love when I go to sleep and my body is warm after working out and I can go to sleep and dream about becoming better without guilt because I'm making myself into who I want to be.

A bit of advice from high school athletic coaches everywhere: K.I.S.S.!
I saw you laid out a very complicated looking routine a couple of weeks ago, then today post that you are going to start PE and workout on monday! The best way to achieve your goals isnt to sit around thinking about the best way to do them but to start simple and be consistent. Do a routine that doesn't take you that long but allows you to get that first month under your belt so you can start seeing gains. And while you're at it, take your own advice: the best day to start PE'ing is always today! Why wait?
By the way I don't mean to be getting in your face about any of this, I just thought I might as well be straightforward with my advice and not beat around the bush. So please dont take it the wrong way!

I never take things personally, unless they were meant that way.
Thanks for your advice.
The reason that I do the routines that I do is to remove any doubt. If I were to only do a small routine that is easy to do I would always have a nagging sensation in the back of my head that I could and should be doing more and having that sort of doubt while trying to improve myself kills me. I always found in the past that as long as I had enough time and I wasn't overtraining one heavy day and one light say were better than one on and one off because I would quit on my off days. One off day became two became three etc. but by doing it everyday I keep myself in the rhythm and don't worry about taking it too easy.
I guess what I'm saying is that as long as I physically and mentally can keep up a tough routine is easier and more satisfying than a hard one?
That's a good point, today is a great day for PE.
Thanks for the advice that's what I love about this place.

Off days are almost as important as on days for both PE and weight lifting/training as they allow the body to recover and become stronger. No one will recommend a PE routine that has no off days. The most you'll find are 2 day on one day off routines. Besides, a lot of the big gainers started out with simple routines for months. When you're beginning PE your worst enemy is overtraining, not undertraining, as long as you stay consistent.
Personally I have the opposite problem. On off days I just can't wait for the next day to get to my next workout.

The way I did it was I would have a hard on day and then on off days I would warm up and just stretch so I wasn't really damaging my tissues or creating more micro-tears that had to heal just keeping PEing.

If that works for you then stick with it. I've found that for off days I need to give the little guy a break so he's ready for the next workout, especially since the girlfriend also adds a little wear and tear to it

That's the great thing about PE and BJJ and really most things in life, you have to do what works for you and no one else.

You still around man? Finding time to PE/BJJ/work out?

I was doing really well, but I have been sick for the past 3 weeks or so. I think I lost everything I got. The only thing to do though is to get back to work.

You bring up an interesting dilemma. If one really has lost the temporary gains, then I would think that it would be easier to get them back if one were sick even for a few weeks. Now, this isn't muscle tissue where one can achieve a six back abs simply because they had them a season ago. I would say after a routine of doing something for a time, one's body will adapt better and more easily than before. The same goes for tissue expansion.
