alright...i'm one of those guys on the verge of being impressively big and i'd like to get that extra inch and maybe a little more to get there...so i'm trying PE out to see if it works..i'm not really concerned about flacid size or girth so i'll only be measuring erect..

my begining stats..
EL- 7.4"
EG- 5"

i'm hoping to get to 8.5-9" length and 6" girth

i'm gonna measure again in a month and update this

great starting stats, and reaosnable goals. Focus more on girth. 5" is average., 7.4" length is already above average so you're looking at trying some slow jelqs with 70-80% erection. go easy.

ok so i traveled a lot during the first week and a half i was doing this so i'm not even gonna count the two times i was actually able to do my routine. but since i got home i've been able to keep at it for almost two weeks straight now. hopefully this will be the start of a pattern i stick to. this is my routine here, i'm hoping some of the more experienced people can critique it.

-Warm up by wrapping a wash cloth soaked in warm water around my penis and balls for 3 to 5 minutes
-stretches 5x10 seconds each for each direction...so i'm doing 25x10 seconds total i guess
-helicopter shakes 30 seconds with each hand, then 20 seconds with each hand
-dry jelqs i do 30 at the base and 30 in the middle. i'm gonna step up to 50 and 50 soon
-wet jelqs i do 100. gonna step up to 150 soon.
-cool down i take a hot shower and do a few more stretches in the shower. 3x5 seconds in each direction

and also...is it good to do kegels while i'm cooling down in the shower? to pump extra blood in while it's recovering or should i just let my penis rest during that time?

Your routine looks just fine for a beginner, but those stretches seem to be too short in duration.. I'd recommend doing them for at least 30 seconds each, maybe 1-2 times to each direction. It's ok to do kegels while warming down, better bloodflow also means better healing. Good luck for the gains!

ok so i have been pretty good about sticking to the routine now

i'm up to 100 dry jelqs at the base and 75 at the middle as well as 300 wet jelqs per workout

i wasn't gonna measure for a while longer, but today i got curious and took a length measurement for the hell of it. i've gained about .2 inches. i didn't take a girth measurement but it definately has gotten a little thicker. i'm gonna take that measurement in another couple of weeks when i was originally gonna do all my measurements. my flacid size has definately become visibly bigger as well. just wanted to update this so that i'll keep at it.

Not bad at all. Just dont let that urge to measure take over. It can get you more discouraged than you can imagine.
