new here, first day. i'm 21 from nyc and im a bartender. i've been looking thru the site for a couple of hours, doing some research on the exercises and programs, ive decided the best way to keep focused and concentrated is to keep track of your gains, so here goes.
current stats which are extremely precise:
el: 5.9"
eg: 6.0"
these are the exercises i will be doing m,w,f;
5 min warm up
5 min stretch: (1 min. each direc.) nsew and directly out
100 wet j
5 min cool downs
kegals thru out the day (5 sets @ 2o reps)
you guys are the pros, what do u think for starting out? good bad? need honest opinions.
my goals are just in length for now, once i reach 7 inches i will work on girth
total desired : 7.5 el and 7 eg sounds resonable or no?
