Sunday, my erection came back. Full force! To my disappointment, the length looked much shorter, and my girth was lacking. My veins were not as prominent as usual. But I got hard as hell!

Being all motivated, I thought I'd resume PE. Every damn time I went to jelq, my dick went to 100% within tenths of a second! It would take a good minute or so to subside to a safe jelqing range. This is not the norm. I didn't get the pump as I usually do either.

This isn't making any sense to me. Why would I have lost size even though my dick was rock hard?

I've decided to cut back on my routine as I think I pushed the limit too far for too long on my dick. Maybe I've gone well into over training and it has finally caught up with me, pissing off my penis and it's telling me not to mess with it for a while or cut back on the intesity.

I'm going back to the beginner routine Monday Wednesday Friday as workout days. Maybe it will stimulate more growth and change.

What are some of your inputs/advice?

I think you have the right idea. Slow down. There is no hurry. If this does not work then take a month off. It will not kill you to wait. I went into over training many times and each time it was cured with a time out.

Taking some time off is what I'm going to do. Start fresh in a month or so. Maybe I will have gained some by them since my penis with have time to rebuild and recover.

Do you think it's possible that gains would come while my dick is healing from over training? Then when I resume, my dick would be slightly larger?

Yes! The routines that you do now on your dong are just like bodybuilding. You do the workout to have the body rebuild during your rest time. That is why it is important to do an every other day routine. Plus from time to time take some time off to let it really rebuild.:D

I'm starting a beginners routine Monday. I'll do either every other day or a MWF depending on how my dick reacts and feels. My erections are stronger and more frequent now. My dick does fluctuate in erection and flaccid size more than usual though. My wife says it does not feel as large as usual. I was stretching every day, but I thought if I'd just leave it completely alone for a while it will benefit my dick more. We'll see what happens on the beginner routine.
