What are holds exactly for and since im a begginer should I be doing holds. :x

They target girth gains. As a beginner I'd stay away from them for a few months.

Holds are an advanced girth exercise, and should not be done before at least 1-2 months of regular PE'ing to make the tissue ready for them. Doing too many and too intensive holds too early can lead to serious injuries, so remember to be careful. How to do them? Get about 70-80% erect, and pump more blood in with a kegel as You grab with an ok-grip from the base. It is important not to be too erect so You can add more inner pressure to the shaft by squeezing more. Add enough pressure to feel (and see) the penis expanding from the pressure. NO pain is allowed, only a slight feeling of discomfort. Hold it for 15-60 seconds. Always warm up properly before doing holds, and always jelq for a while before doing them to get the tissue stretchy and ready.
I repeat: do NOT do holds unless You've PE'd for at least 1-2 months. You remember that, I don't want to read more sad injury stories here, we've had a few (from holds).

I really don't want to do hold's I thought I had to do them to see any gains that's all.
I repeat I will not do holds. :cool

...at least for a month or two. It's an excellent exercise when done properly and carefully enough. Try it out when You're ready, but not too soon, and definately not too much too soon when You do try them out either.

Baller, you don't want to know what can happen if you put that much pressure on an organ that isn't accustomed to it.
