I'm starting at 15cm. Girth is around 5inches... I can never measure that well enough to say for sure.

BPEL is 15cm on the nose though. 16cm on a good day but the vast majority of the time it is 15cm.

I've been lurking for a while and it's time to make a commitment on this thing.
