ok here it is
warm up for 2 minutes
50 jelqs
4 holds 10 second a piece (the way i do holds is i push all the blood into my penis then grip the base then i squeeze the head to trap the blood in the shaft)
50 jelqs
20 kegles
100 jelqs
4 more holds.
2 minute warmdown
i do get the red and purple spots on my shaft but since i do a day on day off routine most of them go away during the off day.so anyone got any suggestions on anything that may help like if im doing to much or not enough of sumthing.
P.S. thanks inadvance for any info and im working mostly on my girth goal of 6 inches if that may help out anyone with giving me tips

I think your warm up needs too be longer.
Could you clarify what it is you do to warm up?
Also are all those jelqs dry/wet or mixed.

I agree with Killadey on the warm-ups. You need more time warming up your penis to not only get it ready for what it's about to endure but to prevent a serious injury. Doing an extra 5 minutes or so is well worth waiting an extra 5 weeks to return to pe from an injury do to an ineffective warm-up.
So you have been doing this routine for the last month? Is that the length of time you have been pe'ing? If so, I would highly recommend holding off with the holds for right now and just do wet jelqs to condition your dick for the more intense exercises.
Keep up with the kegels! Those are awesomely wonderful!
That warm-up and warm-down is very important though.

k thx for the info guys ill hold off on the holds for now.to warmup i just turn the shower on with warm water and let it run over my penis.lol is this an ok warmup technique?

Thats how I used to warmup, but I found a better way is to use a rice sock for 10 minutes.

good idea and since i have been at it for a few months i have a new ruotine.here it is tell me wat you all think.first of all i do pe everyday but i zig zag the things i do here it is.
day 1
5 minute warmup
200 wet jelqs
50 dry jelqs
a few holds the reason i say a few is b/c if i start the holds and feel pain i may skip this step
ok then i finish up with a 5 minute warmdown
day2
50 to 100 dry jelqs depending on how my penis feels from the workout the day before and thats it lol.
as you can see im mostly worried about my girth any input or anything to help with girth is welcome.
