Over the last 5 months i've been doing a 10 minute wamup, 10 30-second stretches in all 5 ways, 75 dry jelqs, 200 wet jelqs, and a 10 minute warmdown. 3

I'm looking for girth gains right now so I was thinking of adding heli shakes and some holds to the routine. I'm not sure how to do holds, I'm guessing I just get about a 90% erection squeeze the base of the penis and hold for 5 seconds and do that for 10 reps. Should I replace the dry jelqs with holds or do both? Should I do dry jelqs, wet jelqs, and then holds or dry jelqs, holds, and then the wet jelqs?

Would this be a good routine: 10 minute warmup, 2 sets of 15-second heli shakes with 30-second stretches in all 5 ways, 25 dry jelqs, 10 5-second holds, 100 wet jelqs, and a 10 minute warmdown.

I think all of your ideas are good and you should implement them all! I mean change is a good thing! Do a routine for a while then change so you (and your dong) dont get board.
Just dont go to crazy with the holds. If you dick is not used to them you can have a set back.
