View Full Version : Routine Suggestions or Comments Please

Been Doing PE exercises for about a year now all together, but took a really long time off. Got back going about 2 months ago, and need some suggestions or comments on my routine.


I do a 5 min warm-up, then a 30 min wet jelq, followed by a 10 min warm down on Monday,Wednesday & Friday. On 1 of my off days i use my extender, and I also clamp for about 5 hours total daily while I'm at working releasing pressure every hour. I throw in manual stretching about 10 minutes daily.

I was thinking should i do Monday,Wednesday,Friday one week, then the following week do Tues,Wednesday,Thursday and just keep rotating to kind of shock the penis and keep from reaching a plateau point.

Also should I do say 4-5 weeks straight, then maybe take a week off from the jelq and do just clamps and the extender.

Fellows please give me your suggestions on what i may need to add or what i may need to change in my routine.

Uh.. did you get results before with this routine?

Sounds like you already have a system. Why not search some of the journals? I got a few ideas there myself...

Everyone is different, but I think my cock would fall off if I did as much you did in a week's time!

Everyone and I mean everyone is different. However, I would suggest doing one then the other do every other day then 3 days stright and 2 off then every other and take the weekend off. While this should keep your dick confused also change up the number of reps and so on and so forth. If you are like me my dick likes change, some days it will go for a while and then others it seems like it will go forever (or until my hands drop off)

Like Flaccido said, have you got results with this routine? If so, keep it up and well done!

If not it could be because you're over-training. Your body (and cock) needs time to rest, repair and grow. This means your off-days should be exactly that - off. Every one IS different so your cock may be able to take it but if you're looking for advice as to why you arent gaining. Try toning it down a bit and make sure you get full rest where you dont do any workouts for your cock.

Maybe try a '5 on, 2 off' or a '3 on, 1 off' or something.

I have got small length gains, but no girth gains as of yet, but I have only been doing it about 6 weeks before the year i took off. Think i maybe over training and will cut back a little like you all said. Just on the on days i will try clamping, stretching & jelgs

If your goal is length drop clamping and just do stretches and jelqs. It is sometimes beneficial to just focus on one aspect of PE, length or girth. TO try and do both at the same time might just lead to an injury or a lot of wasted time.

Yeah RR is right. I went for lenght first and now girth. So do one now and in a month (or when you get tired of your routine) change over to another.

Yall guys are the best :D One last thing is it best to stick with the mwf routine every week for a month when going for length. If not how should I switch it up? And the following month when i go for girth with the clamp and holds how often do i do girth exercises a week?

How long have you been doing PE? I ask because I would not suggest doing any clamping until you are really ready. I do them now but I have been doing PE for many, many years. My dick is up to the task. If you do clamping and dont do it right you could really have some set backs and also kill your dick! If you want more girth go for holds and dont hold them for more than 15 to 20 seconds. Longer (at least from what I have found) really does nothing more for you. I find at the later part of the routine a 10 to 15 second hold is all it takes. Also starting out I would continue your normal routine and do holds only once a week and then build up from there. But never more than 3 times a week. Later when you and your dick are able to handle the extra work load you can increase if you wish.

Went with some of your suggestions on fixing my routine. BD - going to start the month for just girth as you said you focus one month on length and next month on girth and so on. Ok, In my month of straight girth exercises do I do any length exercises? Stretches, pulls, etc. As Far as girth exercises do i still do them on a mwf schedule? Or do i do them more days in a week. And what should it consist of please point to some previous post or tips for the best girth exercises or give me some advice including holds & using the clamp and how long should i use it, say every 30 min take it off for a hour or what.

When I go for more girth than length, I do about 80% girth and 20% length.
