i pe'd a while back and didn't get any results. but after quitting i realized my boners became weaker and my dick was less full all the time, i think i may have lost a sixth of an inch also. i think my problem was wanting to gain alot and fast, or measuring to often and being dissapointed, and so i gave up. now im starteing over doing a beginner routine every other day, and i am going to change the workouts completely on how i feel. i am not going to measure just share how it feels and if it seems bigger. i have a five and half inch boner just from knowing, sometimes its six inches though. and its pretty thick not sure how much though, thicker than average. so idk talk about anything in here, i might some questions, any advice would be appretiated.

Yeah I noticed the same thing! With the PE routine I have always found that I am harder then when I lay off for a long while. So keep it up but dont overwork it (as Bobo says "Less is more")

hey you guys, thanks for already replieing i like reading the messages.
well since i dont really have information on my dick, hah, well 19 i just graduated, and im just chillin this summer (started school late hah im not retarded). and the girl i got head from like everday just moved, so im trying to get with this giirl whos seventeen, shits gonna be hard, cuase she thinks she is so badass hah she has the nicest legs though. but she dosent have a phone or myspace or nothin, and the only place i see here is the pool but its a small community.

Have a good read and get yourself a routine that you feel happy with, you can use some in the stickies or make your own up (and we can go over and check it 4 u). Realize though that it is slow and takes commitment.
But i bloody works too, so remember that if you ever have any doubts:wink:

haha i practicly live at the pool though, well this is my routine
every other day i do this:
5 minute warm up
5 minute strecthing 30 second each direction
50 wet jelqs
5 minute warm down/with massage
i alternate every other workout by adding two one minute holds.
trust me ive read up alot. i used to edge and all sorts of shit, but im starting slow, cuase i dont care if i see results for a while.

What's "edging"? I've heard the term pop up a few times but never saw it in any of the Stickies.

Edging is where you masturbate , stopping just before you reach the point of no return. It is believed to help with sexual performance/control etc.
It also keeps blood in your penis after PE, so to help in the early, critical stages of recovery, and to keep your tissues expanded.
