I've been doing well with the working out...haven't been hitting the weights as much this summer, but I've been playing alot of disc golf and swimming. I think it's probably good, I'm giving my body a different kind of workout, not letting it get used to the same thing. After I get moved into the new place in a few weeks, me and the room mate are going to start hitting the weights seriously again. So far though, I've put on 15 pounds of muscle, which I'm very pleased with. The ultimate goal is another 15 or so :cool

Definately do some body weight exercises pull ups and push ups at the least. I would hate to see your progress destroyed in six weeks. Good job on gaining the 15 lbs

Good idea man...I've still been lifting weights about 2x a week, it's not like I've totally stopped...kind of like a maintenance routine for PE...it's just pretty hectic right now. I do need to throw in some pullups and pushups though. Thanks :D

Worked out the legs today, and swam. Might ride my bike tomorrow, and definitely hitting up some disc golf Tuesday.
