okay .. i am not new to PE but i have been insecure with my stats.
i used to do the instructions to one of em manuals where they encouraged 30 min jelqs .. in other words .. where you spend half of your life doing PE.
I stopeed for a while and started doing individual exercises just to get the hang of it.
my stats as of now are 5.5 length and 4 girth. i am of asian origin where as they say you cant have long dongs. but i seem to have good genetics and my body easily adapts to the stress. can some please volunteer to help me out. i have read the new bie routine here .. and will give it a try.
as for now please guide me as i am in a world where the only person i can see is myself.

Welcome to CC. The best way for You to proceed is by reading the beginner stuff and start doing the newbie routine. Whatever questions come to Your head then, go ahead and ask. For now, keep doing the beginner routine... good luck!

The most important exercise is Kegels, because it works for everyone and makes the biggest difference. Make sure you try to minimise risk of injury in your wrkouts by having a nice 5-10 min warm up and 5 min warm down for every PE session. You can combine warm up/down with Kegels so you get more done.

HAs anyone of you gained good results ... with out the usage of the given supplements on the beginners guide ??.. coz not only are they available here but it mighty expensive ...
BTW me starting the routine from TODAY .. wish me luck :D ... i think i will aim for 8 inch by 6 inch . not that bad and shallow aye ?? !!
DO give me some pointers which helped y'all with good results :)

Age can be a factor to determine the risk of injury from workouts and response to supplements. If you tell us how old you are we can tell you if you should be taking supplements and how susceptible you are to injury as well as success with Natural Penis Enlargement.

I'll suggest 2 things here:
Drink as much water as you can possibly put down your throat. 1-3 gallons per day. Not kidding. Different paces of intake do different things for different people, but it will increase blood flow for sure. just pound it like crazy.
#2: Do your jelqs at full length erection but not full erection. This may not make sense, but what I mean is to make sure you're completely stretched out and keep your erection under 85%. When you are too HArd you can't push the chambers as efficiently. If you get hard too quickly, just wait till it subsides. This could take a long time at fist, but it will work. Make sure you're spongy.
PS: Don't undersestimate the powere of water. I swear if you drink that much PURIFIED water you Will have better bloof flow.

well .. i will keep the water drinking in mind .. i spend my whole day peeing from just a gallon of water .. 3 will make me unleash as if i had diarrhoea ...
I am 20 years old btw. PE is just to boost up my confidence coz i want every body part of mine in proportion.
I will keep updates when i finish my beginners routine.
AND i get what you are saying about the 85% erection thingi . i mean i did study a lot about PE just am insecure of implementing it. coz i have read many a times it damages your ASSET from improper usage or over work.
Keep the success tips coming guys ... really appreciate it.
PLus any food that should be taken into consideration while PE .. nothing beats natural whole some foods i guess ...

How much is 3 gallons in litres? Cos i drink about 2 litres a day, i think thats enough for me.

i don't think any normal person in a normal situation would. maybe as part of a competition, but not suring another day at the office.

ummm ... dudes :D ... y'all did not answer my widdle question .. as to any of you got result without the specified supplements ...!!

And another thing .. i know i am being a pain in the ass with my n00by questions. but what is the best way of warming up. Many use the HOT TOWEL WRAP. Some Prefer the shower. Others have got better warm up by dipping their ASSET into a vessel which was spacious enough to fit the whole package.
Another question is regarding jelqing. Many say it is best to jelq downwards that is towards gravity for better results. but the videos here show the dude is jelqing straight i.e away from the body .. which is the best choice.
and on average. (i know its been asked a LOT) what should be my goal. As in how much growth do i expect from monthly work outs.

Don't be sorry for asking, because the only stupid question is the one never asked. You will save loads of time by doing Your homework and by asking the questions now rather than after six months of no gains.
All the warmup methods You mentioned are good, You just use the one You find easiest. Personally I prefer shower... In my opinion You should always use water when warming up because it transfers the heat into the tissue most efficiently.
In my opinion it doesn't matter in which direction You jelq, do it the way that best suits You. I prefer jelqing palms down (better grip from the base) and "straight" or a bit downwards. Gravity doesn't play too big role in this because Your grip and technique adds much more pressure, and with kegels You can adjust the amount of blood in the shaft.
You can set any goal You want, but don't add schedules to them. Getting to Your goals can take lots of time, so You just take whatever You get. Making too tight schedules only makes You PE too intensively -> overtraining -> no gains. Concentrate on Your technique and let it heal enough between sessions, and You will reach Your goals sooner or later if You know what You're doing.

Jocko, I must beg to differ with you on that amount of water. Please do some checking up on the latest information regarding hydration and over-hydration.
The latest research and reports indicate that athletes should drink about 1 gallon of water per day. Two gallons is overkill, and 3 gallons will run the risk of over-hydration. That is a condition where you have over-diluted the concentration of salts and electrolytes in your body. It was reported in the news that a college student just recently (about 4 months ago) died as a result of drinking too much water.
Don't take my word for it. Go ahead and do a google search or something. Just make sure that the information you read is relatively recent, within the past year should be recent enough, and from a reliable source.

Kolimuddin, I am pretty new myself, and I am predominantly Asian. I will tell you what I have found so far.
1.) 30 minutes sounds too long for a beginner. Your warm up should take about 5 minutes. Your routine for the first month should only be 100 wet jelqs, and then a warm-down. The whole routine might take about 20 minutes After that, it goes up to about 200 wet jelqs, and maybe some dry jelqs. It keeps going up, to about 3 to 5 hundred wet jelqs. At that point, I suppose it would take about 30 minutes.
2.) From what I've read here, the direction that you pull does make a difference in your results. If you are Asian, then you probably have an erection that naturally points at an upward angle, more toward your head. This is better for sex in the missionary position. If you are black, you are more likely to have an erection that sticks straight out from your body, parallel to the floor. This is better for doggy-style sex. So the direction that you try to adjust to should be determined by the sexual position that you prefer. By the way, those are statistical facts regarding race and erection direction.
3.) I don't advise wet-jelqing in the shower if you are using a water-based lubricant like KY jelly, because the shower water dissolves the lubricant, and then you have to continually re-apply it.
4.) Due to my family situation, I have not been able to follow a properly consistent PE routine for more than a week at a time. I HAVE been able to keep up with about 100 kegels every day, and as a result, I seem to have much stronger ejaculations.
