Any one tried this or at least heard of it?

It basically works by hitting each type of muscle fiber in each body part (slow, intermediate and fast). Each type of muscle fiber responds differently to specific types of weight training so you have to work out so all types of muscle fiber are stimulated similtaneously.

A basic work out for your chest would look like this:

Fast-twitch fibres: Barbell bench press, 3 sets, 6reps (so that the 6th rep is to failure, explosive style, 5 mins rest between sets)
Intermediate: Barbell incline bench, 2 sets, 10reps (3 minutes rest between sets)
Slow-twitch: Bench press machine, 1 set 20reps (muscle kept under constant stress)

So, any thoughts?
