Alright, here it is. My official natural PE journal. I know this will be a long road, but hopefully the journey yields great results.

Starting Measurements - June 8 2009

BP Flaccid Length - 3.75 in / 9.5 cm
Flaccid Girth - 3.75 in / 9.5 cm
BP Erect Length - 5.75 in / 14.6 cm
Erect Girth - 4.5 in / 11.4 cm

I'm going to take those measurements again before my routine just for accuracy.

Ultimate Goal

BP Flaccid Length - 5 in
Flaccid Girth - 4 in
BP Erect Length - 7+ in
Erect Girth - 5.5+ in

Routine - Starting June 8 2009

1. 10 min warmup
2. Stretches in each direction, 30 sec each stretch. 3-5 stretches each direction
3. Wet Jelqs, 70 with kegel before each and heli shakes every 20
4. Stretches in each direction, 30 sec each stretch. 3 stretches each direction
5. 10 min warm down

Advice, comments, suggestions all welcome.

your routine looks good to me but over the next week or so I would up my wets 25 or more reps till I hit 150 and hover there for a few weeks and then if nothing is amiss then steadily add some more. I wish you luck and welcome to CC
