http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/tsn/no3x2.html?MCID=FGOOG
which is a cheaper version of http://www.forcefactor.com (http://www.forcefactor.com/)
I don't want something to just get me pumped looking I also want something to help me make more muscle per workout. If you don't think the first product will do both tell me what will or just name several products whichever.
Anyone tried http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2134383 ?

Nitric oxide supplements are increasingly common among bodybuilders today. They basically work by increasing the blood flow to the stimulated area (hense the massive pumps). More blood flow means more nutrients flowing around your body and therefore an increase in strength/power/size etc.
This is good in theory but remember it is only a SUPPLEMENT. If you're going to buy this stuff, you are still going to need a solid work out routine and good nutrition so make sure you get them down before buying any nitric oxide.
In my opinion, the only supplement you need is some whey protein as it boosts your protein intake throughout the day and is easy to take after a workout when you need it.
I also take creatine which i have experienced good gains with and would also recommend over this nitric oxide stuff but again its not essential.
Basically i think this stuff works well for experienced, dedicated lifters that already have the basics down (routine and nutrition), but otherwise it will probably be a waste of money.
Hope this helps!

I agree with Shane_Boss, if your diet and workout routines are tight then supplement away. I used to do the supplement thing for motivation I figured if I spent the money for them I was going to train as hard as I could to make it worth my while. Now I have a relatively clean diet and am showing some good size gains and maybe supplementing soon to see if it will take me to the next level. I want to get down to 215lbs and get a clean bill of health with my knee then balls to the wall.
