Hi there :).

I could do this long, or I could do it short.. Im keeping it short. I was an old member of the previous forums, but I wasnt very active so I dont think you remember me. 3,5 weeks ago I broke up with my girlfriend and my confidence got a solid blow. That is partly why im starting up fresh again. The second reason is that I want to find out, does this really work? I believe you guys, but I need to see it for myself.
Last time I tried this I think I gained some, but im not sure if it was the kegels ore inproper meassurements that did the trick. My ex said she could feel that it was thicker, and she came faster as well, so I guess there is some truth in this. Anaway, my stats are 15 cm in BPEL and 12 cm in EG. Thats about 5.9 inches in length, and 4,72 inches girth. Pretty average, and thats about to change! I think I started out as 14 cm BPEL and 11 cm EG, but im not sure. I have had red spots, blood, and pain in the glans of my penis, the last time I tried this.
Therefore Im starting out real slow this time. Learning the technique in both jelqing and stretching. My routine for now is:

Meassurements

starting size
- Don`t now really. but approx:
BPEL: 14-14,5 cm /5,5_5,7 inches
EG: 11-11,5 cm/4,3_4,7 inches

size when I restarted:
BPEL: 15 cm/5,9 inches
EG: 12 cm/4,72 inches

it is probably the intensity of the stretches. And maybe also the length of the warm up. Try increasing the warm up to 10 minutes.

You may want to change your approach to stretches, as they put direct pressure on your ligaments. Try thinking of stretches as a warm up, the same as in any other workout. So stretch LIGHT for a shorter period. Start with a set of really easy 5 second stretches. Then to 10 second stretches. Then 15. Then 25. Thats it. During ever sort of stretch you do, go easy for the first 6 seconds, then increase intensity up till 15 seconds, then increase intensity even more. This allows the ligament to adjust to gradual increases in force rather than applying the final increase initially, because that's the quickest way to injury.

You can gain length very well by jelqing as long as the erection is 40-60% and the jelq approach is to stretch the penis rather than engorge it, so try trapping less blood.
For the minimisation of risk of red spots start your jelqs very light, so start with a focus on lenth in your jelqs: low erection %, light ok grip, quick jelqs (2 secs), then increase intensity, just like in stretching.

Gradual increases in intensity, plus a good warm up and warm down, are the key to minimisation of risk of injury.

Because You feel pain in the glans, it must be a grip/intensity thing. Don't use the "ok" grip for stretching, use Your whole fist and You'll get a much better grip without straining the glans too much. Don't grab the glans, grab the shaft below it.

Okay, I will follow both advices, so im certain that im not doing anything wrong:)

-Note to myself: use your hole fist when stretching, and use a gradual warm up technique when stretching so that the ligaments will adjust to the strain.

Also, the first meassurement date is 10th of July:)

So you guys must nag on me if I havent updated the meassurements by 10th of July :wink:

Since im single I have all the time in the world to these things, so this is it.

Yesterday I had an OK PE exercise, not the best but okay. I was interruptet by a phone call so the warm down got delayed a bit.

Well. I failed last time.. AGAIN..

This is e new go, but dont go optimistic on me, because ill mayby let my self down again..

Stats: 15 cm, BPEL= 5,9 inches
12 cm, EGMID= 4,74 inches

"Short term" goal= A total gain of 1 inch. 6,4 inches EL and 5,25 girth is one example. 6,6 inches in length, and 5 inches in girth is another, makes no difference, just a total of one inch.

"Long term" goal= Everything that has 6inches in girth in it. 7*6, 7,5*6 or 8*6

Im starting out real slow, with thought pro`s routine. But I will not increase the amounts of jelqs the whole first month, only slightly increase the intensity of each jelq. Did a routine yesterday, felt good. It feels loose and nice today..

My main focus is to keep the routine short, and easy to do, so I can actually do it. And 150 jelqs should be plenty to make me gain. The reason is that the body doesn`t need to be stimulated much, in order to gain in ANYTHING, if the body is not used to the strain... If you never have liftet weigths, even the simplest and "pussiest" routine will make youre muscles stronger, and give you a better "frame" for more intense training..

Not been consistent for more than 3 weeks at the time.

And I think I gained in the past, atleast I think my meassures were: BPL: 16cm, and 12,7/13 cm girth, wich is bigger than I have now..

But Im not certain if it just were an effect of stonehard erection (my ex-girlfriend sucked me off real hard before the meassure) or actual gains.

I have a fealing that it was gains, but Im not certain.. something tells me this is impossible, maybe thats why I always give up so quickly..

BUT, if I can maintain focus, and be consistent for atleast 6 months period, and LISTEN to my body, then Ill really find out..

Trying to motivate myself, so Im setting up goals for the summer of 2006. 8 Months from now.

Goal for summer06:

BPEL: 7,5 inches---- 19 cm
EG: 5,5 inches---- 14 cm

Thats a total gain of 4 cm in length (1,6 inches) and 2 cm in girth (0,8 inches)
It seems impossible.. But if I split up the goal, I only have to make:

Length: (19-15)/8(months)= 0,5 cm per month on average to reach it. Or 0,2 inches
Girth: (14-12)/8= 0,25 cm per month on average, or 0,1 inches.

If I stay consistent, listen to my dick and so forth.. Is this possible?

Im my calculations are correct its more like: 0,5 cm per month/ 4 weeks per month= 1,25 mm per week..

It sounds to amazing to be true :P , allthough people have gained 4 times this speed before.. right?

Im posting my routine now, so I got pressure to back it up with action:

It has changed from my original, because I hate wet jelqs, and I feel dry ones do a better job. I think Ive gained in the past, and it was with this routine: (more or less)

Warm up, cup of water. 3*1 min
Light stretches. 4 sets. 5,10,15 and 20 sec per set.
Warm up, cup of water. 2*1 min
Dry jelq. 50 jelqs from base to middle. 30 jelqs from middle to top
Wet jelqs: 60 jelqs

Increasing method:
20 extra dry`s per week (untill totalt 150)
10 extra wet`s per week (untill 100)
Stretching: Working my way up til 30 sec* 5 directions.

About the routine. I PE`d Monday and Wednesday, but not Friday as planned.

As mentioned in another post, my glans got all puffy on me, and the shaft didn`t seem as "solid" as its supposed to be. Therefore I gave it a longer rest. But today I will do my routine, after I have studied for my exams.. :D

I was quite good at english actually, when I was in 10th grade (junior high), but my skills has faded away I think... :P

Did my routine today, so now 3 has been done this week.

I still strugle with the stretches, and they don`t feel its right in the glanse section. Its close to pain.

My glanse goes all puffy on me, during the session, and it seems "exhausted" very soon.

Now, after the session, it feels a bit heavier, wich is good?

- I know, that goes for all types of exercise. I do have a problem though. I still get pain in the glans, is if im clamping a nerve or something when I stretch.

It doesn`t hurt when I stretch, but afterwords, when I jelq.. My head is very fluffy also, as if there is not good enough connection between shaft/glanse.. ?? Any ideas`?

Did my routine today:

Warm up, 3 times 1 min
5, 10, 15, 20 sec streches. A bit more than that today. Felt okay, but I have to watch out for the glans-stretching.
Warm up again, 1 min
Dry jelqs at 90% erection++ : 40 jelqs from base to middle, 40 from middle to top.
A few semi-erect stretches
Warm down 3 min.

The plan was to to some wet jelqs also, but my dick seemed quite beat after the dry. Think ill just stick with dry + streching for now, until my dick is ready for more action. Less is more, I guess :cool

EG: 12,4 cm ( Dont know why this has gone up)

I have done two excercises. My dick feels beat after only a totalt of 100+ jelqs, so ill start out real slow.

It felt beat after this, maybe I should lighten it up, or atleast change my level of erection.. :P

The routine itself doesn't seem too intense, so if Your dick felt beat after that You might be squeezing too hard. Ease up a bit on the grip...

Maybe its my imagination, but it feels fuller and bigger. But ill wait a while before I meassure again :)

Dunno if it`s the fact that my erection are supersolid, or if its a result of the exercises, but its biggger, nevertheless :D

I would guess my erect lenght has gone up 3mm and the same with my girth. Im not sure, I won`t bother to meassure correctly before I have done 12 workouts :)

One question. Im going away this weekend. Would it be safe to have 2 mild workouts, one today, and the other tomorrow? And then rest Friday,Satarday and Sunday?

If its not okay, I won`t get in 3 workouts this week :?

did my routine yesterday, and it was about time. Last workout was last wednesday I think..

But my sixth workout, and Im halfway, before I will meassure (I meassure every 12th workout).

5*30 sec stretches
60 dry jelqs
2 short holds (10-15 sec)
40 dry jelqs
2 short holds (10-15 sec)
60 wet jelqs

Even though I added holds, it didn`t feel to intense. Felt allright.. ill update on sunday again, and then hopefully I have done two more workouts :cool

Its for damn sure that everytime I wet jelq, my dick doesn`t get any bigger than at its fullest erection, like you talk about all the time.

When I do dry`s, it gets bigger than my max erection though..

I can`t seem to find the erection balanse when I do wets..

I think that anxiety is there with anyone that is new to this, I know I hope I am doing it right. As time passes I am sure your technique will improve and the gains will come a bit easier. It been repeated over and over, if your routine seems to be working go with it, if it isn't change it

Learn to use kegels when jelqing. I'm always only ~60% erect when jelqing, and before each stroke I push more blood in with a strong kegel filling the shaft to 80%. It's all about timing: kegel -> while holding the kegel grab from the base blocking the blood in -> jelq. Do this with every single jelq, it gives a good PC-muscle workout too.

I think I have to decide how to reach my goals, in order to reach them. Actual strategies on how to reach goals, have always been a motivating factor for me.

As you know, 7 inches bonepressed length, and approximently 6 inches girth, is my "all-time" goal. Don`t think I would want more than 7 inches BP, because I just love the feeling of pumping all the way :P

I will keep the meassurements in metric, since thats what im used to. I will multiply inches with 2,543 to get metric.

My goals:
178 mm BP lenght
152 mm Erect girth

Current stats:
150 mm BP lenght
124 mm Erect girth

Total increase:
28 mm BP length (1,1 inches)
28 mm Erect girth (1,1 inches)

As to reference of other users here, the girth goal seems almost impossible. On the other side, time and consistensy, will get you everywere, right?

Now comes the question, how much do I have to gain, on average, per month, to reach this goal within a year?

28 mm/12 months= 2,33 mm/month

2,33 mm/month isn`t much at all, concidering people here claim to have increased 10-25 mm in one month!! Even those are big-gainers, ill only have to gain 12% of what Godma gained that one month, on average.

So what do you think, is it possible? I will not meassure every month, but every 12th workout. I have now done 7 workouts..

Is it possible? Definitely. If you decide you want more length later though, you'll find it more difficult than you would have with less girth though (at least thats what I have found).

That settles it. My goal is now set.

To make my first checkpoint, ill have to be 152,3 mm long, and 126,3 mm girthwise on my first meassurement.

New meassurements:

BPEL: 154 mm (up 4 mm)
EG: 126 mm (up 2 mm)
NPEL: 139 mm (up 7 mm, inconsistent meassurements)

As you`ve might have read, to reach my goal in one year, I have to make about 2,33 mm progress in both length and girth to make it, and that seems like it can be done :D

PS: The none bonepressed meassurement is from a mole on my penis, so that it can be taken as correctly as possible.

But I don`t think its correlated, so I just had to do it!! :cool

Back again. I just went OFF after 7-8th february.

Got an STD, blood in the sperm, injection in the nutc etc etc. Personal problems also got in the way.

But now Im back on track, have been doing a maintance routine lately, but now Im serious again.

I still don`t believe in this, even though I have small gains to prove it.

My routine will be 60% girth focused, 40% length focued and I will increase total jelqs by 30 per week.

Last time I did this:
140 Dry
60 Wets
5 min stretching

I will set 1 min stretching equal to 10 wet jelqs.

Wich gives me: 140/110 out of a total intensity of 250

Also, to make it simple wets are for length, dry for girth.

56% Girth and 44% Length with my current routine.

Next routine:
160 dry
56 wets
5 min stretching.

Im back.. Have done 7 workouts so far, without telling you.. I really appreciate all the support in the past, although I don`t deserve it with my inconsistency..

Will meassure after 16 workouts.
Dont ask my about my routine before I show gains :)

Current stats:
BPEL: 16 cm
EG: 12,6

It has been this size a long time now, but it depends on my erection beeing 100% stiff.

I wont believe this before I am:
16,5 cm or 13 cm gith.

Anything over my current maximum erection with 12,6 cm girth and 16 cm bonepressed length would be awesome..

I have yet to discover the penis beeing bigger flazzid, but maybe its coming.. :)

I honestly didn`t believe much in warmups and as my roomate have a room close to both the bathroom and my bedroom, my privacy factor is limited. But I can buy the IR lamp and say its for my muscles, because my shoulder is fucked up anaway so he`ll believe me.

Status glans: Still a little pain when erect, nothing when flazzid or 70-80% erect, that means progress
