Ok, I am 19 years old and on the 13th of august I am going back up to my college to do some freshmen programming. You know, helping the youngsters get to know the place.

I have been doing PE on a regular basis since May 27 or so. For almost a month I have been PEing. I finally stepped up my routine around a week ago and have had good results.

Today I decided to measure my cock length and girth wise. I am about 6 inches long and 5.5 inches thick. Give or take a 1/16th of an inch either way.

What was really cool was that the last time I measured, around Jan. 2004. I was 5.5 in length. At first I was like, wow PE has worked so much better for me! Then it hit me. First of all I lost about 10 pounds at college. That confused me; I was prepared to gain weight. I guess since I don’t drink, do a lot of walking and work out a lot the freshmen 15 never had a chance on me. So just by living a healthy live style I have gained about half an inch on my dick alone. I also notice that I cum a lot more. Like I could put of fires with the amount I seem to shot out now. Wow, I love being healthier!

Last spring/summer I tried PE but I was just to busy with getting ready for college and everything. So I stopped. I was able to PE enough to make my dick harder, a little longer and thicker and to give it a wicked curve to the left. Thanks to over Jelqing with my right hand.

Now I have time again and I ordered the Jelqing Device. It works for me and what I want to do. So with out further ado, here is my routine until July 4th.

Every other day I will do…

<b>Shower warm up</b>
<b>100 wet Jelqs with my Left Hand</b> (to correct the curve. I have been doing this for about 3 work outs now and my left hand used to get weak around 50 Jelqs. Now I go until 90 before my hand starts to get weak.)
<b>200 Wet Jelqs</b> with the Jelq Device (which works for me).
<b>Warm down with a Towel</b>

Also now to make my life healthier, I take one meal per day to eat fruit and juice, normally breakfast.

I eat less fatty foods and each day I dedicate at least 30 minutes of hard working out.

By August 12, in 50 days. I hope to gain at least half an inch in each dimension. Wish me luck!

Can you really gain 1/2 an inch by losing 10lbs? They should tell that to overweight men as saying that fat people have health problems doesnt seem to work.

Yeah, with those sort of gains I just wanna do one thing.

Eat healthier, get into better shape and concentrate when I do PE. Making sure each jelq is as good as it can be. My cock just feels bigger and stronger every time I do PE.

Ok, I looked at my dick today and I realized that I have no idea of my flaccid size. Some times it seems small other times it's bigger. I can never tell. But I do know this. I am a grower.

So on July the 4th I am going to start with this routine (Additions in Bold).

I want to add more girth. What else should I do to increase my girth? Any help would be appreciated.

Actully by reducing your body fat % you can actully gain a quarter to half an inch. pretty cool

OK, I just relaized something. For the past few weeks I have been jelqing with an erection that was <b>20%</b> or so. I could feel the blood being forced into the chambers but I was gaining in hardness not size.

So today for my work out I made sure I got it up to about <b>60%</b> and jelqed. It felt good. I will see how it works out now. See if in a few weeks to see if it looks/feels bigger.

20% is definately too low, no gains will come from that. 60% sounds better... that + some kegels to aid and You'll get some results.

For straightening the curve I'd recommend some (extra careful) erect bends. Jelqing with only one hand can make the shape of Your shaft distorted, meaning uneven girth and thickness. Always jelq with both hands!

I officially finished my break from PE for a few weeks. Even though it was unannounced I just felt like it was time to take a break, not get to serious with it. I will keep the same routine I have had. I should keep it up until the end of the summer.

Whats that Jelqing divice of yours?
