Hi to all.

First of all, sorry for my english.
Well I'm newby in this forum, but I know this method about 2 years. During this 2 years someday I did the stretching exercises and some of jelquing. I wasn't constant, and for this reason the results isn't become. Despite of, I think that without measuring my penis, in a flaccid state is more big than the past. I'm sure of that.
The next stage is measuring the lenght and the girth and begin with one routine. And the most important, I think, being constant.
The next days I put my measures.

Glad to see another newbie has joined up. It's all about consistency my friend. Get into a routine that's right for you, and do it once every other day and you won't be disappointed. Just don't forget that it's going to take a while, so be patient. Also give us some goals :D

Welcome to CC! You came to the right place to get your consistency going.
Motivation can be found here, but the real decision comes from within yourself.

The fact that you already noticed flaccid gains is good, now you just need to keep consistent in order to get gains, that is the only real key to successful PE.

Good consistent measurement technique helps remove any ambiguity from the result.

Erect length will vary beteen just-erect and full-on-hard. I think that a lot of info out there about penis size statistics overlooks this fact.
