Well, I've been putting off PE forever hoping I will end up with a really late growth spurt lol, and it doesn't seem to be happening, so I figure I may as well do something about it.

Currently I am:
5" EL
4" EG

Really crappy, but I figure better off working towards something better then being self concious about what you got.

Have been PE'ing about 2 weeks, working my way up slowly adding 10 wet jelq's per session, havn't seen any gains yet, but I also had to take 4 days off since went on vacation this weekend, startin up again today.

Currently I'm doing:
3-5 minutes under a warm towel
stretching in all directions
110 wet jelqs (adding 10 every session)

Been doing it three times a week when I find time, either monday wed friday or monday wed saturday.



Hoping to get to an average penis someday and then an above average soon after :mrgreen

Quick question: with stretching, any advice on how to make it comfortable? When I stretch it tends to be semi uncomfortable to grip the head of my penis and since I don't have a ton to grab if know what I mean.

If anyone else started at about same measurments as me i'de be interested in hearing about your progress also, really good for confidence.

I intend to remeasure in a month and am hoping for a half inch gain, although anything is better then nothing.

Lets just hope this works :mrgreen

Also, if theres anything I could add you think would help me, I'de be interested in hearing about it.

Ok here's wern's contribution:

Less Is More thoery as per Bobo: Do 3 sessions per week, but make each exercise count.

Since you have been going at it for 2 weeks, add 25 wet jelqs per session until you reach 300 wet jelqs.

A. 0-50 wet jelqs: light and fast - light OK grip, 1-2 seconds per jelq (you should still see the penis head bulge slightly with each jelq). erection percentage -40-60%
B. 50-150 wet jelqs - medium pace - moderate ok grip, 3-4 secs p/jelq (you should see the head fully expand/bulge with each jelq as it fills up with blood.)
erection% 50-70%
C. 150+ slow jelqs: 5 secs per jelq, strong grip. Now this doesn't mean you are pullign your wang off. It simply means the grip is forcing lots of blood into the head of the penis. erection percentage 70%+
The way this works is by easing ou into the workout so you minimise injury.
The 150+ set is mainly for girth, so try to focus on building pressure in the shaft rather than stretching the penis out.
Effect:
A. length gains
B. mix of length and girth gains
C. mostly girth gains

Do Your homework here in CC, read all the sticky topics... that way You'll be safely on Your way towards a bigger dick. Judging by Your routine You certainly have done some reading, because that really is a real "LIM" routine right there! Proud of You, Sir! Good luck for Your PE journey! :cool

Followed recommendation here and seemed to work pretty well, did pretty much the exact thing posted here except only 40 of each type, tried to go really slow on the last 40 to get alot of blood going.

Everythings going pretty well right now, thanks everyone for the help.

I also found the main vein that goes into my penis so it makes it really easy to get alot of blood going while not being super erect, because quite a while ago I hurt myself while trying PE (probably 4 years ago now, hadn't looked into it since until about 2 months ago, but I started off to fast the first time and am not making that mistake again)

All good now though, playing it safe since I'm in no real rush to make super gains (although it would be nice :mrgreen )

BTW, I hurt myself because I was trying to jelq with way to much of an erection, which is a mistake I quickly learned from, if you ever feel discomfort you just stop, don't think that nice pain your getting is gonna make your gains better :mrgreen

if you feel mild discomfort, don't stop. if you feel pain, stop :mrgreen

and don't forget about the number one most important superduper awsome fantasticallistic exercise for PE - kegels.

Just measured today for fun to get an exact measurment to work with from now on.

was 5 3/16"~ EL, couldn't really do girth because I don't have the measuring tape to do it (gonna get a piece of string)

was weird, I thought my dick was shrinking for a while though, because my flaccid length was like miniature compared to my EL, not really sure if I'm bigger since I've never measured that close just normally looked at the inches and went aprox (although i did look bigger personally today)

I enjoy PE though, it isn't super time consuming (30 minutes 3x a week) and it feels pretty good to, just gotta find a way to do the stretches comfortably.
