Hi...I remeber a long while ago that I used to do PE exercises, they did show some effect but I stopped a while ago...I decided to start up about almost a week ago...nothin special just kegals...I want to start tonite, but I have one problem, at my job a few days ago I injured my left index finger and I still have the bandage on, would it be possible to jelq and stretch with my middle finger and thumb?
