In response to Shane's concern about threads decline, I thought I'd start one hehe.
Any avid fans of the NBA out there? Who do you think is gonna win the series? Did you watch last night's game.
Also, what do you guys think of the lockout (NHL) and how will the game be improved when the next season starts (rule changes).
I'll give my 2 cents later, now i'm rushing to work :mrgreen .

The NHL is the the National Hockey League. They arehaving problems and the owners locked the players out until they can come to a deal. Seeing as how Hockey was America's 4th favorite sport, the media didn't really seem to care. Well they cared for about 3 months after but now, the NHL is looking dead. Very dead.
The NBA, on the other hand, has it's own problems but is till making money hand over fist and they are in the middle of the championship series betweent he San Antonio Spurs and the Detroit Pistons. Both teams play incredible defense.
I like the NBA a little bit. I mean basketball in general is cool but I think the college game is just better right now, as hard as it is to believe that the Pros could learn from some college kids. Oh well.
Check out ESPN.com if you wanna learn more. Or post here and I *might* be able to help you. I have no life and I do two things, sports and penis enlargement!

Both have a great defense, eh?
Sounds like a boring series.

Thats what I thought, but both teams have an incredible amount of grit and heart. So this is one of those series where every game is a dog fight. I love it when it is like this.
Don't get me wrong, some of the players can score. Ginobilli, Duncan, Billups, Hamilton, Wallace, Horry. It has been good so far.

I loved Horry's clutch shot in game 5.
