People of CC, I am returning to jelq street for another shot. This time with a more educated approach.

A bit of Background:
I have not PE'd for around 4months.
I have a girlfriend which may get in the way of vigorous PEing.
I am not using anything other then my own hands. (yet).
I am 19, In my spare time i do alot of weight training, and I am working as an assistant chef to earn some cash while I wait to go to uni abroad.
My new mindset:
To not make PE an EXTRA part of my life, but a way of life, just as training is for me, I dont think "dam i better train or il get fat or skinny" I just train because its normal... This way im constantly motivated and nothing is short lived. I am very happy with my penis size, but want more. I have struggled with my penis size for a long time, but since i grew around 0.5 inches in length and hit 6" I have a penis size im happy with and so any gains from now on are a bonus. My girlfriend seems to compliment my dick very often which is a great thing.
My stats - Im keeping this VERY accurate and scientific to avoid any confusion in the future. I will be measuring with photographs and I will be using the same measuring equiptment to track gains.
Starting Stats - 17th March 2009 Morning measurement.

Flacid and Erect. Flacid I will not be measuring because it varies SO MUCH.
Girth measurement
4.1 - 10.5 directly under my glands
4.8 - 12.2 shaft, skin pulled down.
5.15 -13.1 base shaft skin pulled down
Average: 4.69 - 11.9

Length:
Bone Pressed: 6.65 / 16.9
Non Bone Pressed: 6.02 / 15.3

Routine:
I will be PEing every other day. With the following routine:
Routine:
5min warm up shower, helis,1x 30 sec stretch in each direction.
2x1min stretch Left, Right and Down.
10mins of dry jelqs
10-20 x 10-60 sec holds about 5mins of intense holds.
helis and 30 sec stretch in each direction.
Kegels will be performed throughout the day, in a relaxed manner.
Goals:
Short term: Anything I'm happy. But 6.25 NBP x 5 EG would be a good start to the end of April.
Long term: 7 x 6.6
