Why is it that on the old CC, if i didnt visit for a couple of days there would be atleast a page of new posts to catch up on in the Non-PE chat alone. But now, just this week, i didnt visit for four days and there were 6 new posts in the Non-PE chat. Whats happening guys?

I could create threads to try and get people chatting but i cant think of any good ones and they will fade after a couple of posts. We need SS back to think of some like he always does. Or we need to get newbies to join in the fun. I like this place and I'm upset that I have to spend my time doing something more productive like exercising or revision :(

Decline works the lower pecs, but for that full chest look I would suggest substituting them for incline work. :)

I haven't been coming over here because I have no time. I am either working or fishing and in the odd time I am not doing that I am sleeping. Only reason I am here right now is the tides are off and I am too tired to go out there for a snoball's chance in hell at a fish.

Around 23 C and sunny here, but my apartment is close to 30... I need air conditioning, seriously.

Over here it's around 80 last week we had some 90 almost 100 degree days. :shock:

And dam was it 'HOT' :x

The problem is everytime someone starts a thread, it goes off the point and then dies after about 7 posts. :evil:
