I would like to make a report of all my progress in PE since I started up to now. I am going to count the my measurements when erect only (at least for now which is what matters me the most now).

My originnl stats were:
6.1 inch length
4.7 inch girth

April 19th - May 3rd

I started PE by stretching, doing kegels, and doing jelqs, and in only in 2 weeks I had a boost in my measurements. I had some gains in my length as well as in my girth.

Up to May 3rd my new stats were:
6.9 inch length
5.2 inch girth

May 3rd - June 17th

almost a month has passed since my last time I measured my penis and I found that I progressed a little bit more. I haven't been as committed as the begining but still I have been working on PE at least 3 days in a week. I know that if I keep my work out daily I gains would be greater, so I am going to do my best to stick to it and to not skip working out days.

Up to June 17th my new stats are:
7.1 inch length
5.3 inch girth

An inch in two months?! I believe the reason for Your good gains has been the fact that You have missed some sessions, otherwise You would have been overtraining! How do I know? Because You shouldn't think even in Your wildest dreams that You could have done better than 1" in two months! Don't change anything because Your PE'ing has been just optimal. Congrats on the gains, and good luck for more!

Wow man, your starting length, and gains over that period of time are so similar to mine! Good work man. My gains have kinda stalled at about 7.4 x 5.2 but I am starting to work more hardcore on my girth now.

Good luck man, keep gaining.

As today 07/02/5, I havent gained anything in neither length or girth, but I have noticed the veins of my penis are now pumped when I have an erection, they are more marked giving to my penis a stronger look. :D

That's a good one SLowlybutsurely :lol: . Yeah it looks better now, but I want more, I will keep doing my exercises to achieve more gains for my penis in all the aspects.

Seeing that gives me great hope. Can you tell how long your warm up, how long you kegal, how many jelqs, what stretches and for how long? Thanks for giving me alot of motivation.

Remember: what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another. Too many variables... we all must find out what works for us.

That's rigth Bobo, everyone should try to find what is best for himself and then stick to it.
Well I mentioned that I do a dry jelquing session of 4 sets of 15 repetitions each set. I also do 200 kegels every workout day, but before all that I warm up with a hot shower and stretch for 30 seconds in every direction (down, up, left, rigth, and front). Wet jelqs are wonderful for a saturday morning because I have time to dedicate for a complete workout.
I also do helicopter shakes in between every exercise, for example between stretching and jelquing, and then between jelquing and kegeling.
Well that is basically my PE. hope it works for some of you guys.

So wait, for sessions other than those on the weekend you're doing solely dry jelqs? Also, you're doing this only 3 times a week right?

That's rigth, I wish I could have time to do wet jelqs every workout day, so for the moment I basically do dry jelqs and kegels only.

Wow man impressive gains.... *real* impressive. Good luck in the future,
i wouldnt change a thing until you stop gaining.

Do you do anything on your off days?

How hard do you consider your jelqing to be? At what level of erectness?


4 sets of 15 reps... does each jelq take 2-3 secs... maybe more? Less?

Hello I haven't done any PE exercises since the last time I posted my results. Doing that affected the gains that I had obtained, the last measurement was 7.1 inch long now it is 6.6 inch long. :cry: even though it is still larger than my initial stats rigth before starting Pe for the first time, which was 6.1 inch. long. So I think that even though we have to keep exercising all the time to maintain the gains, there are some permanent gains at the end.

good gains you made but you never PE'ed long enough for the gains to become cemented. i think if you PE for over 1yr then you prob lose .1 at most. then all you have to to is a maintance routine once a week to keep the gains

Wouldn`t it be logical if gains that come very quickly will faster dissappear, if you suddenly stop?

Hello I'm amazed how as soon as I start doing My PE exercises, my penis starts to grow, I can see the difference in the stats gains now. I am happy about it and willing to continue this time for a long time.
