I use to PE several years ago but nevr took it serious but now ive decided to come back, just a few questions.

1) 1 inch gain of girth in a year, is this possible ?
2) what are the best girth excericises, are they dangerous?
3) how long should the average workout take?
4) once you have reached a size that you are satisfied with can you just stop, wil the size remain?

any help would be much apppreciated, thanks.

1. An inch in year is possible. Usually in less than a year unless you're a very slow gainer.

2. For a beginner start with the dry jelq for girth. However the best is to have a well rounded routine including stretching and wet jelqs. Holds may come into play after a couple of months.

3. Don't over train in the beginning, 30 mins should be fine for a well rounded beginner routine. It will get longer as you add more reps to your routine.

4. Some guys have reported a loss in some gains over time and others not, so it is advisable to either PE until you exceed your goal size to account for some loss or do a maintenance routine when you reach your goal.

Well, actually, girth is a bit more difficult to gain than length, so getting 1" more girth in one year would make You a fast gainer. But yes, it is possible.

:shock: 30 minutes as a beginner routine? Better make that 10-15 max including warmups and warmdowns. I never went over 30 minutes with my routines and I started with ten, and I gained over an inch of length + some girth in four months. Be careful in the beginning, first let the tissue get used to PE before even thinking of anything more advanced.

Dry jelqs and holds are great. What I like to do is use a thick string to help me with the holds though I am sure many people will ream me for this, well F#ck them it works for me :mrgreen though give yourself three months of training before you try holds of any sort or you may break your cock.

k so its been 3 months since ive started back, ive put on around 1/4 inch in length but no girth. i'd prefer girth to length which is a bit annoying, any suggestions, heres my workout, doing it every other day which seems to be the norm around here,

5 min warm up
stretches in all directions for 30 secs
10 min dry jelqs, each rep lastin 4 to 5 secs
10 min wet jelqs, each rep lastin 4 to 5 secs
7 or 8 min warm down

ive been doing holds now the past few days and was wondering how to get the most out of them, really wanna get some girth. The aim was .5 inch in 1 year but nothing yet. any suggestions would be great. cheers

Holds are the way to go, for sure! You might try Warholds if regular holds dont do it for you.

have you hsd more success with warholds then regular holds, anyone else here had more success witht them?

I think that warholds are better than regular holds. Of course if they will be better for you will depend. I like to (because they are more intense than regular holds) change from one to the other during the workout, or sometimes I will only do regular holds and the next workout warholds only.

one thing to consider is that you may get less done at the start as you familiarise yourself with the exercises/try to get properly semi-erect etc.

Shiiit 30 minutes is a lot? When I did wet jelqs I use to take about an hour. :lol: Although, now I'm doing a few other things (warholds, holds, dry jelqs, etc. etc.) which only take like 15-20 minutes which is great (and less messy)! I believe that the girth routines will help in length just a tad aswell. So why not hit two birds with one stone? And as we all know, women like thick dicks rather than long dicks :cool

I am well... work has been very interesting lately. Often it can be boring, but lately I go to sleep looking forward to getting back into the shop to continue my work.
